I only know what I've read just lately. I don't think they have a lot of officially recognized authority but are a common law court doing what they can because the courts are not doing their job. But if these stories are true, they are making some pretty big waves. It is getting really interesting, the things that are happening these days.

It referenced an unidentified european country.

I wonder if that's Ireland...

I read over at ATS that the organization didn't really have much power. Also due to

the Vatican being it's own country that is highly unlikely much will come of it.

are there problems, secrets, corruption and legitimate claims of damage against

  the Vatican....yes..I believe so.

It reminds me of the war crimes tribunal that prosecuted crimes against humanity.

Could be Molly.  I'm thinking though, because the head office of itccs is in Brussels it may be Belgium.

The organization must be made up of unemployed Brussels bureaucrats.
Socrates taught Plato.  Plato taught Aristotle.  Aristotle tutored the son of Philip of Macedon.  This boy grew up to become Alexander the Great, largely by slaughtering a lot of people.  That's philosophy.

Jesus spoke the Truth.  He blessed the poor.  He healed the sick.  He even raised the dead.  He died on a cross for us, lived again, and came back long enough to tell us to love one another.  That's religion.

YHVH = Behold the Nail, Behold the Hand = Jesus

I confess, I am a bit leary of their using that verbiage.  It might be hyperbole to invoke attention.  I hope not.
