If anyone has any suggestions or ideas on how I can best allow others here to participate ministering to others, please email me for suggestions. I get a lot of mail/emails that are a pretty big deal, sometime life threating, sometimes having to make financial decisions that may be a mistake on my part. Today I received a letter from Cameroon from a pastor who wants to teach UR and spread it. He wants lots of material via postal mail. We used to send a lot of packages overseas, but they killed us financially. People in most third world countries can't afford the postage stamp to send the letter much less the cost of materials. And often the postage is more expensive than the materials. The US postal service discontinued surface mail overseas, it's all airmail today. If I sent this pastor a five pound package, for example, the postage would be $37, plus the packaging and contents. We are a small ministry, financially speaking. We reach a lot of people via internet, but not many people via the post office.

I would like to see if there would be interest among you to adopt a pastor/assembly and take care of meeting the teaching aids needs of third world assemblies. Would someone here take on providing materials to this pastor in Cameroon? If so, please email me at gary at tentmaker.org

I received another email today from a lady who now sees this message, has left her church, has had anxiety and depression problems in the past and has received an disturbing email from her former pastor. She seeks advice. I would like to see folks who are compassionate and who have some expertise in counseling to make themselves available to those who write us. Often we just don't have the time to deal with some of these precious folks in the manner they should be treated. If there is anyone here or you know of folks who would love to minister to these folks and who are qualified, please email me and let me know. We have many plans this year to reach even more people with the Victorious Gospel. That means more letters and more emails. That means we have to find ways for others to participate. So, who will take on the responsibility to get material to the pastor of this first letter. And who would like to correspond to the anxious person in the second letter. Please respond immediately. Dear brother Gary Amirault,

Happy new year and good wishes for your  good health and that of your family and all the brethrens who are with you – in the Precious name of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ who gave himself a ransom for all.

"God Bless you." Another year passed into history, and I am very thankful that the Lord has kept us alive and rejoicing in His Truth. I am also thankful for His Loving care, protection and guidance during this past year and look forward to this year with courage and hope, fully convinced of His divine care of our spiritual interests.

Dearly beloved brother, it is but right for me to ascribe glory and honour to God our Father, who has used you and your ministry to turn my life upside right. Yes!!! Jesus died on that cruel cross for our ransom and redemption, and not for ours only but for the whole world. I believe and accept your doctrine which of course is not yours but God's. The salvation of all mankind.

I want to join you in your ministry. I want to learn from you. Help me and come and help us in Cameroon. We are blind.

Now that I have become one of you, I desire to learn and grow fast. Therefore, I expect regular mailing of Dew from Mount Hermon, Breaking Bread Bible series, literatures, tracts for evangelism, audio cassettes and many other books that can help me and others. Advice me what to do. I suggest that  if you send enough material, I will rent an office in town whereby I can witness, distribute tracts, talk and pray with others, etc. I mean it.

I am married to Iya Pauline, a father of five children. We meet in my house about thirty of us to study the bible, sing and pray together. We call ourselves "bible students" because we have no name yet. I am fifty-two years old. I am a farmer and I have all the time to serve the Lord and God's creatures. "Man."

I was a pentecostal, a preacher of hell-fire doctrine, that God was going to burn people in fire forever and ever, etc. I have discarded such nonsense and now believe your doctrine: -- the Salvation of all mankind. "All." God is love. This is the only good news that can make people turn from their sins or evil ways to  our loving God.

Second letter:

My name is Nancy and I finally embraced ultimate reconciliation a few years ago, and your website and all the information helped me to "see". The pastor where my husband still attends church sent me an email out of the blue to "encourage" me to come back to church that I was in a "dangerous spiritual situation".  He knows how much I have dealt with anxiety and depression in the  past, and his email really, really disturbed me. So I responded to him and admitted to what I really believe now, and that it would be hypocrital for me to go to church there, and I referred him to your website. Well, I received an email back from him (see below) and I would like advice on how to respond to him.  How he determined your site was completely unbiblical in one visit is beyond me. And he has me scared to death about my salvation... Please respond to me. Thanks, Nancy

You know what I find interesting?  It's that you can latch on to a new doctrine (your website referral is crazy--they have no idea what they are talking about.  Not even a basic understanding of the Bible) while leaving everything else the Bible says!  What about Heb,10:25--not forsaking the assembling of the saints?  It is written in the middle of some dire warnings--that's why I said you are in a dangerous spiritual situation--because the Bible says you are!  What about wives submitting to your husbands?  Chris wants you in church, you know he does.  Does your website trump the Word of God?

It is not manipulation whatsoever.  I AM CONCERNED for you, about you.  Why else would I write to you out of the blue?  I love you, have never manipulated you--never even tried.  I don't want your money nor have I ever required anything of you.  I just love YOU!  My motives are no more sinister than that.  I cannot apologize for loving you.

I am late on this, but that second letter sounds exactly like the manipulation you get from Jehovah's Witnesses (that was the group I was a part of). I would suggest to the second letter, for her to read some books about spiritual abuse. One good book is "The Subtle Power of Spiritual Abuse".

All I ever get (as far as international requests) are requests for prayer cloths, anointing oil, and requests to hold revival crusades in Africa and India.  I never advertise oil or cloths, and I don't believe that I ever have advertised anything like that, but I guess since I've had some healing articles up in the past...

Either from Church and Christian television/radio or their own prayer and Bible reading has made Acts 19 and James 5 come to mind with some folks.

You're right about postage nearly totally eating your lunch.  Almost costs as much to hand deliver some stuff.  Where books would be prohibitively expensive to send, perhaps a CD or CDs would work out if you just sent them in bubble wrap envelopes via "media mail" and didn't do all of the costly binding and graphics, perhaps some packages would be under $20.  For some countries a bunch of CDs aren't going to be all of that practical, but in those cases where you're pretty sure that they contacted you via the website, you've got a little bit of liberty to not send duplicate material of what's on the site.

Not very helpful with all that you're wanting to do, I know, but maybe something to pray about for an occaisional situation.  I would definitely help more if I could, but things have been sooooooooooooo busy over here since about September, that prayerfully advising flexibility on some of the materials to send out is all I've got right now.

Trying to find a couple of posts that I've left over the last few months, but can't really remember what I posted.  Just that nagging feeling that I posted and then ran off with my shirt tail on fire and didn't follow up on any replies that may have been made.  During moments like this, with being impossibly busy, I almost wish I could go back to being pretrib/premill because the idea of a 7 year vacation is at least a lovely fairy tale that my dragging butt would love to be able to entertain in my imagination, if only for a day.  But the comfort of genuinely having the truth and knowing it as a genuine safety net is worth the price of having had the pacifier knocked out of my mouth for good.
