The bottomline is fasting and praying for your enemies, until the Holy Spirit is poured out on them and there's not room enough to receive the never failing, inescapable, love of God that's after them with every promise of the Bible because you fasted and prayed them into it!

Martin,

I agree, fasting and prayer are a powerful combo, but where in the bible does it say your enemies get saved because you fasted and prayed them into it?

This is NOT why I am asking ChosenofGod37 the question of "Do you love your enemies?"

Good Point, I see now how Pointless it is that God loves his enemies.

Seriously. CoG37, do you ever plan on answering?  :dontknow:

Don't demand of others if you cannot hold yourself to your own requests.  :rolleye:

He must have been afraid of the implications of answering.

If he answers "no" then he is in direct disobedience to Jesus who commands us to love our enemies.
If he answers "yes" then he is admitting that he does something that he thinks God does not.

I wouldn't have wanted to answer either.

Sometimes I think the Bible was created by God to get us to not do what we should!

It's as if God tells us to love our enemies, but in action we can't do it because our Leader is punishing and mean...

Ever noticed how most fundamental Christian groups preach a Jesus who's about to come back to the earth to kick butt?? What's that all about? Is it the same Jesus??

They just miss the punch line.   Yes, Jesus will kick our sorry butts, right into righteousness.
