I was writing up an article for my blog (it became terribly abridged and is now rather choppy), but I've been looking for further reading material, and became interested in the author Seth Farber, who wrote Unholy Madness: The Church's Surrender to Psychiatry, and I looked him up and discovered he's a Universalist. Anyway I found a very long, but very interesting video of him. Towards the beginning, he talks extensively about how the doctrine of Eternal Hell came about. Pretty interesting, check it out.
