Title: A Church that Teaches UR in the Pittsburgh PA Area
Post by: HungerForTruth on August 05, 2015, 05:59:40 PM
Greetings,

There is a church in New Kensington PA that preaches and teaches UR and the absence of hell.

There are scores of messages online including the book of revelation and a great 8 part message on hell or the lack there of.

I have know this pastor for 30 years.  He is a faithful teacher of the scriptures and is Spirit taught.

Has anyone listened to any of the hell series Rick posted up?  He is handling the doctrine of hell from an exegetical and isogogic perspective.  It is very enlightening.

Not yet, I did check out his we page though and it is looks good.  I don't get much opportunity to listen to audios, but skimmed the written versions, glad to see that he is boldly proclaiming!

Not being locked into denominational restraints makes all the difference.

Awesome - listen to the Hell Series if you get the chance.  Rick has been teaching the bible since the late 70s, and discovered UR a few years ago through his personal studies.  He is so re-energized by UR.  His work is to prove UR through exegesis - (he was a language major in college) a approach not often used.

He is thorough and methodical in his teaching.

hi! I had time to read some of the "notes" in the hell series.. 1-8.. very interesting. And inspiring. That gehenna refer in the majority, if not altogether(?) as fiery judgment/trial for error.. this vail of tears as the learning of good from evil (life from death, true from untrue)..

To my way of thinking, fiery judgment as the results and consequences of man's own doings.. In microcosm - Israel; and macrocosm all the world/mankind.. all like sheep have wandered.. learning to know good from evil.. I will write my law on the heart and mind.. and inward parts (psyche)..

..and 'the church' collective, as grafted into Israel becoming united with man's empire(s) rather than God's Kingdom.. Churches compromising Genesis, thus the Word and Promises of God.. Even to teaching man's false prophet of this age (and great delusion) which has turned christendom on its ear.. And as a result, man's empire seductively encompassing all seven continents (hills) with it's ways of harlotry ("pornos"-the Greek word) to the point of a great golden cup of societal side effects, even to the degree where terminating babes is once again sacred.. (and man will again look to the stars?)
-----------------------------------------------
"He comes with angels and in fire.." to purify and transform.. showing openly the effects of good and evil.. That all in heaven and earth may be gathered into Jesus and YHWH be all in all..

Thanks for the link..

P.S -  "the elephant on our chest' (hell) - lesson one at the link posted http://www.tetelestai.org/media/?option=Hell&page=1 (http://www.tetelestai.org/media/?option=Hell&page=1) could also be called the elephant on our heavenly Father's chest.. Not as an influence or effect (  :LH: :laughing7: ) on Him, but as such a grievous insult!! Imo, a blasphemy upon His pure, holy and 100% Good character and nature.. One which keeps the good news hidden and many, many, from believing (during this lifetime, or until the Father taps their shoulder, etc, that is).

I just saw the commercial, which brought about these thoughts! :laughing7: A top o' the mornin' to all! A blessed day.. :girlheart:
