Title: Back in time
Post by: micah7:9 on September 27, 2011, 01:49:12 AM
Had a religious experience yesterday. As I have posted, that I have been attending a Freewill Baptist service, 2-4 days a month, which includes a men's Bible study. Anyway I felt somewhat let down at the last study and told myself I would try another assembly, so I did yesterday. It was a Full Gospel but it was like I went way back in time. Not really a surprise yet it was, when it was Pentecostal, well I had not heard that kind of preaching in quite some time and I was taken aback. I was quite uneasy in spirit and with myself since it was the Lord who had led me that FWB assembly and showed me a good and soft spirit of kindness and openness and love in those folks.
It was just that having been out of that type for so long and have been given to learn and grow in and through Christ with talking to saints like yourselves and others, that it seemed so much like a show, a repetition, and absolutely no growth. Like I went back in time. It was just unreal. I had to get up and leave within 15-20 min. I was givin to realize there are so many who believe in Jesus Christ, that have no idea or thought as to what Our Lord has, is, and will be doing. I just felt like posting this. Love In Jesus. :HeartThrob:
