I did this in 2006, and I got this response. So, are these fundy catholics right or not?

Hell = Grave = Yes you go there.
Hell = Fire = Doesn't exist = can't go to something that doesn't exist.
1 Timothy 2:3-4  ...God our Savior;  Who will have all men to be saved...
John 12:47  And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
Romans 4:5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in the one who declares the ungodly righteous ...

Wait, what response did you get? I don't see any response xD

they told me I'd go to Hell for being Protestant and using birth control and being a feminist. :happy3:

So what has happened in the three years since then?

I'm still the same...

Is remaining the same sufficent for you?

Only speaking for myself I would not be content to remain the same unless I thought I had already achieved all of what is achievable.

The big "however" is though it is not a case of "me" achieving but allowing Christ to do in me what He already achieved some 2000 years ago while on earth.

All I have to do is look back at a time when I was in bondage both mentally and physically to the "old Doug" who mentally will never change to now my flesh becoming more and more a bondservant to Christ who never did any of the things that Doug used to do.

For the sake of others I hope their background is not as colorful as mine but then I have the advantage of more easily seeing changes that can only be done by Christ because leopards never ever loose their spots.......... and we all have at least a little leopard in our 'old" personality  :laughing7:

Blessings

Doug

Hmm, is that a trick question? Most of us here are URists, so I'd be hard pressed to say that anybody would say you're going to Hell. lol I certainly don't believe so! God bless!  :bigGrin:
