Question for y'all.
As in the Parables and especially in Revelation, or actually in the whole Bible, is seems that the Word of God has more that one audience and/or meaning.
- Personal/Spiritual Revelation
- National Revelation
- Age (aeon) Revelation
- other???
What is your experience with this? :JCThink:
:cloud9: Here's a pattern for you to consider. Tabernacle is the pattern of the heavenly realities.
In the beginning was the Word (outer court/Christ in you), and the Word was with God (inner court-God is with us, Emmanuel, you in Christ), and the Word WAS God (Holy of Holies).
All 3 of these relate to Spirit, which is His breath, and His "blood" in type, the life is in the blood, His Spirit IS life.
Natural flesh and natural blood cannot enter the kingdom. Selah. Blessings....
Bex are you saying there are 3 meanings? I think there are 4.
1-Servant/blood covenant
2-Salt/friendship covenant
3-Sandal/inheritance covenant
===================== +
4-Marriage covenant
1- Adam - Noach
2- Abraham - Jacob
3- Moses - David
========= +
Jesus --> That's the rainbow covenant.
1- Main camp
2- Outer court
3- Inner/tent/tabernacle
=============== +
4- Holies of Holies
1- Land of Nod
2- Land of Eden
3- Outer garden
================ +
4- Inner garden

:cloud9: I'm saying I only see 3 parts to the tabernacle.....
I know you said that Bex.
My point is that it seems to me there must be a fourth to complete the picture.
Likewise a parable 'must' have 4 meanings.
Thanks for the responses.
Whitewing, would you be able to expand on one of the parables, using the four meanings. I would love to see that. I think that learning how to understand parables would be a great benefit to all us Truth seekers!
