I always keep in mind that Gods wrath is out of love. The wrath is like a severe rude awakening for the most stubborn.
They sowed unrighteusness, so God will reward them with what their hearts desired, murder, bloodshed, immorality, lies and a godless society. This principle is found within the Israelites who wanted meat in the deserts and God provided by showering them with meat.

In Romans 2, Paul writes that God will repay those who have done good or evil...
without partiality first Jew, then Gentile...
Here's the thing: orthodox dogma says the righteousness of Christ is essential to be imputed to someone before he enters the kingdom of heaven... (Which is TRUE!).. but what of the good and virtuous man or woman who has not yet believed in Christ?
In relation to Romans 2, I think JESUS CHRIST himself has the authority to forgive sins and impute HIS righteousness on the man or woman who has done good yet not yet believed...
Numbers 24:17-19 (Amplified Bible)
17 I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but He is not near. A [a]star (Star) shall come forth out of Jacob, and a scepter (Scepter) shall rise out of Israel and shall crush all the corners of Moab and break down all the sons of Sheth [Moab's sons of tumult].(A)
18 And Edom shall be [taken as] a possession, [Mount] Seir also shall be dispossessed, who were Israel's enemies, while Israel does valiantly.

This is another verse where the context of what many believe becomes the definition of this verse, rather than what the verse itself says. The verse itself only defines the fact of what hard an impenitent will reap, so it is a verse defining an aspect of reaping and sowing. This verse has nothing to do with the act of being saved or the act of being damned.
When a religious context defines Gods day of wrath as the point of eternal damnation then it would appear to them that it is adequate to use this verse as one that would say or suggest that not all will be saved.
Since Gods wrath is never scripturally associated with eternal Damnation in translations that use those terms, the context is incorrect.
