This is worth the 8+ minutes of video...wait for the conclusion and get ready to rejoice.

Ironlcally, this was sent to me by the "Chris" in my "Taking The Plunge..Sharing UR with the Pastor" thread...he is the minister of music at the ET church to which I sent the pastor the letter...The response to me from the pastor was basically "I don't believe much if any of what you're saying".

Watch this, then tell me how it's possible to not see UR...the only answer I know is "God veils and God reveals...according to His purposes.

I don't know if anyone's taken the time to view this video or not...if not, it's well worth your time...although you may not want to watch it if you don't want to either cry or shout...or both .

dboutwell

I have seen the video and it is well worth the time it takes to watch it. Just like our God!

Colossians 1:17-20 (Young's Literal Translation)

17and himself is before all, and the all things in him have consisted.

18And himself is the head of the body -- the assembly -- who is a beginning, a first-born out of the dead, that he might become in all [things] -- himself -- first,

19because in him it did please all the fulness to tabernacle,

20and through him to reconcile the all things to himself -- having made peace through the blood of his cross -- through him, whether the things upon the earth, whether the things in the heavens.

Ive watched it before but just what does it say about us? It is an amazing revelation, and very interesting to know and even overwhelming.....but is the symbol (shape) of a cross [that did not exist at the time of Christ's crucificion] be a witness?
I mean we are talking about "His cross" whcih is far more reaching and has greater meaning than two pieces of timber (or even a single vertical tree.) The CROSS is what Jesus bore for 33 and a half years and has a far greater meaning than one ore two pieces of wood, is it not?
What does it say about us as believers? The "cross" of Jesus Christ was the sins of the world, and we are to bear that same weight in our walk, at least that is how I understand it.
It seems to "me" if only me, that with out the graphics, the pictures, the symbolisms, yes, no matter how man finds God in His creation, it is not what we see..it is what we DONT SEE, it is Heb 11:1  And faith is of things hoped for a confidence, of matters not seen a conviction,
Christianity/Babylon brings forth much that "shows us" things for us to see, yet I believe that we fail to "see" and  "hear" in these days just what the Holy Spirit is revealing.
Joh 6:63 The Spirit is that which is vivifying. The flesh is not benefiting anything. The declarations which I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.

I know its not in line, I can only say it is what I have to give.
Peace and Love Through Jesus

LOL, I think it's pretty cool.  Reminds me of "the heavens declare (Eby)", "signs in the moon(?) and stars", etc.

Though I also see the point about "looking for a sign", but maybe this is one God gave us, not that we have to have it to believe.   :dontknow:

Cardinal, Yes I believe we can see it that way!  .. but that video among many that attest to God's love for all mankind really succeed in defeating the false gospel of E.T. once we really tap into God's love, we know that in this age or the next, whatever He does is all in order and will be for the good of ALL.

not that we have to have it to believe.   :dontknow:
You add "dont know" then I must wonder why? 1Co 1:22  Since also Jews ask a sign, and Greeks seek wisdom,
1Co 1:23  also we--we preach Christ crucified, to Jews, indeed, a stumbling-block, and to Greeks foolishness,
1Co 14:22 So that languages are for a sign, not to the believers, but to the unbelievers. Yet prophecy is not for the unbelievers, but for believers."
So with this witness of mans discovering that HE LIVES, we will believe more? I wonder.

jabcat

no, i'm not questioning whether we have to have it to believe - that was a definitive statement...the  :dontknow: is about the other part, perhaps God giving it to us...

or maybe it's just a part of His design, not necessarily a sign, but it just "Is".  I'm conjecturing really, how would we know for sure?  I just think it's neat.

I think it is more than neat, I think it is a great discovery with great insight that will help many who maybe living on the edge of do I believe or not. My only thought is building on "that" rather than what is not seen.

Cardinal

:cloud9: Yet many of the world's scientists have come to believe in the last few decades, based on what they saw in their own fields of study, pertaining to the natural creation, which is also a witness. I saw a program a few years back where one of about 70 of them told of a meeting of the 70, who met and discussed this, openly at least among themselves.

He has provided a witness for everyone, all the heavens declare His glory. Some that have fed primarily the intellect all their lives, building great "towers" to it, reached the "top" and found Him waiting on them there.  My  :2c:

I watched this back in 2008 when you first posted it. I wonder how many people connected the dots that watched this? Not many I presume. I wish they would though, oh how I wish they would!!
