I'm having difficulty understanding Isaiah 57:15.
כִּי֩ כֹ֨ה אָמַ֜ר רָ֣ם וְנִשָּׂ֗א שֹׁכֵ֥ן עַד֙ וְקָדֹ֣ושׁ שְׁמֹ֔ו מָרֹ֥ום וְקָדֹ֖ושׁ אֶשְׁכֹּ֑ון וְאֶת־דַּכָּא֙ וּשְׁפַל־ר֔וּחַ לְהַחֲיֹות֙ ר֣וּחַ שְׁפָלִ֔ים וּֽלְהַחֲיֹ֖ות לֵ֥ב נִדְכָּאִֽים׃
For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. (KJV)
The Hebrew word translated "eternity" is Strong's #5703-- עַד֙ ('aḏ), what exactly does it really mean, and how should it be translated here?
Does it mean infinite duration, limited duration, eternity, age, or something else?

That's about it, that's all the information there is on eternity. Now in the religious and theological world the word taken on may guises, in my opinion, since that's the only place you find it in the Bible. I know not much help
Isa 57:15 For thus says Yahweh, high and lifted up, who tabernacles the future, and holy is His name:"In the high and holy place am I tabernacling, and with the crushed and lowly spirit, to preserve alive the spirit of the lowly, and to preserve alive the heart of the crushed."(CLV)
Isaiah 57:15 isn't the only place Strong`s #5703 is used in the Hebrew bible. The Englishman`s concordance lists lots of other places it's used, and it looks like the kjv usually translates it as "ever."
When it follows "owlam," the CV renders it as "and further."
A lot has been written about owlam and aion, and I'd like to know more about this word - it's derivation and meaning, and how it should be translated.

There are other verse which, I believe, call Him the Everlasting.. Or He alone who has immortality.. So that helps us to know how to apply the word when applied to Him.

I would say it is an open ended "while", "until" eternity swallows time and the ages.. With words like this my method is to define in accordance with context, since the exact meaning of the word cannot be established without it. We tend to look at words. I believe God reveals Himself in thoughts and thoughts are carried in sentences.
Because we call it the "Word" we tend to look tightly at individual words but "logos" means "expressed thought". In my opinion context reveals the expressed thought often, when focusing on an individual word cannot.
Words combined make thoughts like letters combined make words.
