I started on forums years ago at Bible truths, where I met some good friends to include Taffy, Rosered, Fireinfolding, GG, bobby, and others.  I have also been here at TM for quite some time, A and A, OurGodRocks, and others. 

I changed my name here from Laren to Zeek, after one of those frustation moments and asked to have my account deleted.  Then I came back a couple of days later ( :bigGrin:), and used Zeek. 

I am so glad Bobby has joined here, as he is a genuine friend that loves the Lord, who I hope will find some peace and joy here.

Oh how nice to hear from you once again. You where and always are so understanding and patient with me and I look forward to fellowshipping with you once again.

I thank you all for being so kind. I will warn you i am one who does like to share what's on my heart and in my thoughts. Some may understand and some may take it the wrong way and that's ok. I don't claim to be perfect or know all about the bible and the scripture. I am just trying to rid this state of confusion that has me bound right now.

Peacemaker you are right about resting in the Lord but that is not an easy thing for me right now. I have so many doubts about so many things and it is rather depressing at times. I guess I am my own worst enemy at times.

Sometimes these forums can add to confusion, just because there is so many different views on how God is accomplishing his plans. 

When I get to that point, sometimes I take a break (hence my removal of Laren at one time and my return as Zeek), and I am so thankful that in those moments of quiet times; I know, without a doubt; God is LOVE, and that is the sum of HIS word. 

He loves his creation.  And I've been blessed to know at the spirit level, my sonship.  Trusting HIM in this world of polarities I often say is "hard", but in reality; all it takes is an awareness of who we are, and a thankful heart toward HIM for his LOVE.  I really believe we are not to focus on being a "sinful" creature, a "wretched man", but to TURN our focus on the Father.  Through the Spirit within, we are one with HIM.  Throughout the day, I am very aware of my feelings, my thoughts; and if they are bringing me peace and joy.  If not, then I know I have beeen sucked into the pathway of illusion.  The path of the carnal mind.  For me, this awareness is the key to then TURNING back toward my Abba, with a heart of thankfulness that the illusion/deception is not me.  I don't "try" to overcome my thoughts, emotions anymore; I embrace them as part God's use of polarities (right/wrong) in order to find the ROCK (no polarities), UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. 

Don't know why I shared this, since i really am not sure what is bothering you, but felt led to tell you my current journey.

Php 4:8  Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, ........think on these things.

You have practically hit the nail on the head. I get so disgusted with myself at times and many thoughts of who and what I am and do. :sigh:

Lately I have been busy helping a friend re-do their house and I do the Ebay thing also so it helps keep my mind away from these thoughts. I can feel so all alone at times and feel there is no one who understands and God has totally ignored me.Which I can blame HIM at the moment.

Now as far as being confused, and believe me I do not want to start any crap here, is how some can say that God has revealed things to them and yet there can be so much division among us. I mean I have read some teachings that make alot of sence but then realize some just do not cut it. Then I will read other teachings or replies and then one says no that is not right because God showed me and the other says well God showed me. That to me is confusing.This then causes division. Which one is actually of God? Does anyone understand what I mean? Geez I hope I explained that right.

the only way you can know is by knowing the Lord yourself. that's what happened to me.  I came to www.thepathoftruth.com, and God testified to me, showing me that the things they were saying were true.  I didn't need them to tell me, i knew it from God.
