Dandelion

New to this site and to the theological concept of Universal Redemption. A Roman Catholic for 47 years, a LCMS Lutheran for 12, and a commissioned Deacon in the Lutheran Church. The concept was introduced by a new friend of mine, who has studied this, extensively. It has caught my attention, as it seems to ring true to who God is. Love never fails.

I hope to learn and discuss many ideas on this site.

Welcome, Dandelion!  :friendstu: :gimmefive: :friendstu:

Yes, it does ring true, and love does win!

To have gone from Roman Catholicism to Lutheranism means you have already made a considerable journey.

I look forward to your input.
Socrates taught Plato.  Plato taught Aristotle.  Aristotle tutored the son of Philip of Macedon.  This boy grew up to become Alexander the Great, largely by slaughtering a lot of people.  That's philosophy.

Jesus spoke the Truth.  He blessed the poor.  He healed the sick.  He even raised the dead.  He died on a cross for us, lived again, and came back long enough to tell us to love one another.  That's religion.

YHVH = Behold the Nail, Behold the Hand = Jesus

I  believe  that the seals are   being opened    for many   by the Blood of the Lamb   !

Thankful     for Gods   LOVE & blessings    on all . :HeartThrob:

Many questions none could ever answer , The Lord  is revealing Himself    and   His desire   for all  His creation  ,  to KNOW HIM in Spirit and Truth  :HeartThrob:
Jesus is the reward  !!

Welcome, another ex-Catholic here, ex-Protestant too, ex-churcher content to be in the ecclesia, the body of Christ.

Welcome!

My first kitty's name was Dandelion. :) He was partly yellowish orange and oh so cute. I still remember him. :)

Psalm91:4

 :welcome:

Hi Dandelion,

I love when that happens....that holy "ring of truth" which happens when the Lord's Spirit speaks something to us, and we really don't understand at first the magnitude nor the "hows" of it all.....

Like when Mary responded to the angel with...  "how can these things be, I know not a man."

But like then... it's by His Spirit always, and now by His blood...by his death and resurrection, to reconcile all in the heavens, on earth....well everywhere really!!   :)

Good news, indeed. :dsunny:
