I've always been a UR believer right from the start and it was a demand of mine before I worshipped anything.
No...I just stray from the path now and again.  The sin of anger and I hate to say hatred...Mostly at how messed up the world is...Dissapointment of what it could have been.

I have gone into quiet mode for a  while now and not saying   as  much , just listening to everyone .


My Sister Shelia just had a heart surgery  and cannot get on the Tentmaker site because of  her computer has a  glitch .
  But we still talk on the phone .

My greatest comfort is knowing  , that the old  rebellious man /nature is  exposed to the elements of the world and is perishing

but the inward man  of the heart is being renewed day by day and is a hidden treasure  yet to be made known fully .

  and  is waiting on the Lord by faith ... Because this hope is Gods glory and handiwork  in the end proving Love never dies, it only transforms .

Thank you for that uplifting comment.  Yes the creation (us) not 'willingly' subjected to futility in hope.

Hi Marc, welcome back, yes, all is well with me (per your PM), thank you for asking

And if I may be so bold:
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. (Matthew 6:6)

When we separate ourselves from the ways of the world, no matter where we are, that is our closet. We all need time alone with Him, with Love, for that is our hope for what this world will become.

I myself believe, that what we believe "what could have been" is "what will be", and I fully believe that is what we are to understand in "unwillingly" being subjected to futility in HOPE --- that "what will be" is the hope of "what could have been"

Also, because Love transforms, when we see ourselves being transformed by Love, that too, is our hope of how He will transform us all to make this a better world.

Every time I walk out my door (out of my closet) into the world, hope can fade away and die, but Just like Christ rose from the dead, so shall our hope, because His kingdom is not of this world and it exists IN us, of which we make it known through our actions of Love, our actions of Forgiveness, our actions of Compassion, through all the actions of the gifts of His Spirit, for all good things come from above and it is these actions that come directly from His Heart, His Heart of Love.

Just like the blood of the sacrifices were sprinkled on the Ark of the Covenant, so are we sprinkled in and upon this world and sooner or later His Love shall flood this world bringing an end to all flesh inside all of mankind.

For me, I no longer have to hope for these things to happen, I fully believe they will, because LOVE never fails.

I see so many people trying to reach "out" to just touch the hem of His garment, and they don't know that they have to reach "in" to touch the garment of Hope and Love, for hope and love are like seeds that have to grow into the tree that produces these fruits.

As always I am in perfect agreement with your thoughts.  They are deep and spiritual and I have to ponder them over time for them to fully sink in though. - Food for the soul my friend!
