auggybendoggy

Hi My name is "auggybendoggy" and I've recently in the last 2 years been wrestling with Universal Reconciliation (or whatever you like to call it).  I read Talbotts book and Mcdonalds and have a Father in law who is sold.  About a year ago I caved in and finally admit it makes tons of sense.

I stayed away from tentmaker because I felt it important for me to wrestle with non-u thinkers.  I feel it has been beneficial to a point.  However, I need the encouragement and I need dialouge with others who see beyone the boundaries of literal interpretation.

My wife also believes now and we often are sad we have no UR church to attend here in so cal.

My heart gets heavy when I hear people discuss God and hold views that seem so akward now to me.  And when I've shared with others it seems the christians are the one who hate it and the lost are the ones who love it.  I feel a great urge to shout it from the mountain tops and have even been thinking up a screen play on the life of Jesus which would show this wonderful truth about the character of God being antithetical to the traditional "God blesses only the righteouoss".

I am happy to be onboard and can't wait to share what I have learned and I can't wait to hear what I've been missing.

Thanks for having me onboard all

God Bless all of you,

Auggybendoggy (it's my user name on T-Web as well )

Hey there Auggybendoggy!  Nice to have you here at tentmaker.  I think you will find some good info and support here.

Also, I'm surprised there are not any groups close to you that see the message of UR.  I would have thought that there were some in your area.  I think that there may be some people here that can link you up with a fellowship finder.......I can recall that some time ago we had a link to a website which contained this type of info.  Does anyone recall??  Anyway, you're lucky/blessed to have some family members who also see this awesome message!

BTW, nice screen play idea!! Don't stop now......

Hey old T-web buddy! Yes, wrestling with Calvinistic ETers on T-web is quite a chore, will sharpen you up for sure.

Blessings,
