Hello everyone! Thank you for being here, I really needed this and you have helped me greatly already. I have only poked around a little bit so far but I feel at home here. It has been very hard for me to express my faith to religious Christianity over the years because the spirit in me does not agree with their interpretations of scripture or their doctrines. I've been crying out to God for understanding most of my life and when I got understanding and would go to religious people to discuss them they would get offended and in my opinion mistreat me. When I turned to psychiatry they would not talk about religious things but would happily give me a diagnosis and prescribe me medications to ease my emotional distress. Religious Ideations they would say, they would medicate me and send me on my way. My fiance found this site a couple of days ago for me and I am so excited. Seems the Spirit that is guiding me into truth has been guiding others also and i needed to hear it from others sooooo bad. So thank you for being here. I do not feel so alone any more after 49 years of spiritual isolation. Peace and love to everyone here.

Welcome fellow believer. I haven't been to church in years, but I read scripture everyday. You'll find a diversity of perspectives on this site, but the thing in common is belief in universal reconciliation (Colossians 1:20).

Jon, there are less people on the narrow path than on the wide road. o on the narrow path you will find less people to talk to.

Know what you mean too,about how some people react to somethings. When I first told,my next oldest sister,that I no longer believed in a Jesus Christ created hell of eternal torment,she blew a cork and it was like the 4th of July fireworks going off! :-( (ha)
