I 'consider' people's opinions (in their writings and so on) but always confirm with The Source (God). 
"For One is your teacher". 
All people are lacking, and this becomes more apparent as I grow in Him.  And, (as Scripture also says):
"Not many should teach".
...I don't know if there was ever a truer word said.
