Hello everyone,

I've been reluctant to join this group because I am so busy right now, but I have been longing for like minded fellowship. 

I love the Lord with every part of my being and have always been drawn on and up with Him.  I have never fit into the babylonian church system and was actually told by my last pastor (AOG) that his problem with me was "a personality conflict."  I have been in what I like to call the "deeper walk" since 2001 and even though it has been a lonely call it has been fulfilling and rewarding *thank you Lord*!

These things are so goofy!  How do you introduce yourself without sounding stupid?

Once when I was still in the church systems of man I attempted an experiment at one of our "potlucks": I love to talk about the Lord, He is my life and I could discuss Him non-stop all the time.  So at this particular potluck I made it my mission to try and find one other person who could carry on a conversation with me about the Lord.  In conclusion, not one other person could carry on a conversation with me about the Lord for a span of more than 5 minutes.  So when I stopped going to the potlucks the aforementioned pastor wanted to know why I stopped going.  I told him and he said that some Christians (speaking of me) are too spiritually minded to be any earthly good. 

All that to say, HERE I AM, miss spiritually minded, and someday I pray that the Lord will make me all earthly good!  Anyone willing to be friends with someone who is no earthly good?

 :cloud9: I got accused of the same thing many times, once also by an AOG pastor. Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!  It is nice to see that there are real Christians out there; kinda gives you that warm fuzzy family feeling. :mfriends:

Now if I could just learn how to use this program....

I got on here this morning and it took me 20 minutes to learn how to reply, and that is because I finally figured out that I was not signed in.  :doh:
