Answer to prayer.

As some of you may know, my dad was having a really tough time at work. Some of you very kindly prayed for him and God has truely answered! My dad was at the end of his tether, he was basically being asked to do the work of about 5 people with no support. He emailed all of his supervisors and asked for some help but they didnt even reply. So a couple of weeks ago he handed in his resignation. That got their attention. He went to human resources and they told him that what he had been put through was so terrible that even though they are employed by the college to take their side in legal cases like tribunals they would ethically have to take my dads side. When the principle realised what a case my dad had against the college he offered my dad three options, he can either:

Take voluntary redundancy which will work out at about a years wages
Reduce his hours to a few hours teaching a week on the same salary as now
Or act as an industry envoy to places like China and Egypt, basically making industry links for the college all around the world on great pay.


He's gone for the third option. Its such a miracle, I was loosing faith that he would ever get out of the bad situation. But God is Faithful and he answers our prayers in ways we couldmn't even imagine.
