Here is again the glorious whoever, but this time without conditions of works or beliefs. Everyone who fears death, and that is indeed everyone eventually, everyone who was subject to bondage, which is again everybody.

To cast out is a literal process.
When the disciples were told to cast their net out the other side of the boat they caught a complete over-flowing net.
Christ's direction, not their own.
The day of atonement cleansed everybody.
Christ entered heaven and placed His sacrifice in the heavenly temple to purify heaven and earth.
This was planned from the beginning.
As far as the east is from the west so are our sins in His sight.

It is important to recognize and emphasize the method through which He has ordained this wonderful deliverance.

"In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. 31 For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead." Acts 17

11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,

When all people of all ages are gathered before His throne, mercy will be extended as each and everyone bows their knee and confesses His name and His Lordship, recognizing the mercy and glory of God as it is embodied in Christ crucified and Christ the risen Lord.

For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. 23 But each in turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him. 24 Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power. 25 For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy to be destroyed is death. 27 For he "has put everything under his feet." Now when it says that "everything" has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. 28 When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.

It is important to recognize and emphasize the method through which He has ordained this wonderful deliverance.

The key reason for the law; to bring in the practice of appreciating the grace in full, and comprehending the sacrifice as necessary for all mankind.
This being a continual ongoing process- a literal way of life.
We have a little glimmer of this concept through our schooling process. What we learn in grade 1 are basics, which are then nurtured and developed as we go through the school- then we move on to college, or work force, when we have been pointed in a personal direction according to our abilities which have grown from that education. Whilst going through this there is social interaction, and characteristics which shape our behaviour, which are affected by what we go through in that process.
As Paul points out in Galations, and 1 Tim 1, the law is there whilst we are minors, until brought in our appointed time to become of age- mature.

That is true Ross-  altho I was not referring to the law. I was referring to repentance and faith towards God, and acknowledging the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

There is salvation in no other, and though salvation is provided for all, it is accessed only through Him, and at some point everyone who has ever lived will find themselves in that glorious relationship.

8 And being found in appearance as a man,
    he humbled himself
    by becoming obedient to death—
        even death on a cross!

Unfortunately people often quote verses 9-11 without the previous verse, which is the reason for the rest- Christ crucified for sinners, the greatest revelation of His love- which is the means by which all will be gathered into one in Christ, and God shall be ALL IN ALL.
