Is "heaven" the same for all?

Afterlife, heaven, paradise, new earth, etc
Are there differences in happiness and status in heaven related how well someone 'behaved' on earth?
Or will all (eventully) have the same level of happyness?

Based upon Jesus going to prepare a place for us and that scripture speaks of an order in which we come, levels of accountability and such,  I think we all will have different purposes but the happiness level will be the same.  From our perspective there are things that we place a greater importance on and people get paid more to do different things, etc.

Like we hold a doctor higher than an ant, and not disregaurding that from our perspective, but I would say that in a perfectly balanced realm the ant would be as important as the doctor both serving different purposes, yet equally important.

I suppose in a perfect system we'd be fulfilled no matter what we did and we would understand our place and it's importance in the whole of things.
