Reminds me of Heb 5:8  Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered.

I am going to voice something that has always intrigued me.

You wrote according to Scripture: "If we suffer with him we will also reign with him"

Who will be reigned over? Or is this just pertaining to the 1000 yrs before the final cleansing?

Of course there are 100's if not many more "theories" of what will happen next. Quite frankly the possibilities are endless. I just have a very distinct feeling that what we believe "is" and what really IS is beyond our limited comprehension. It is so far out there that to place limits on it is to place limits on both Love and Father, which are of course one and the same.  :HeartThrob:

As you said there are 100's of theories :o). I lean towards the 1000 year reign as a transition between this age and the All in All(I don't believe everyone will be immersed in the love of God until every adversary is made subject to Christ and then returned t the Father so that He can be all in all (1 Cor 15 and Eph 1), but I waffle around about it because it is obscure and there are still interpretational differences possible. Maybe the lake of fire is an age- time, it seems will still be in effect- fun stuff to speculate on. I like the term you used, "final cleansing"- which, however it plays out in time and the ages- is a cool thought and what I believe it will actually be.
