this is good and,pleases God our Saviour who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time.

I heard this verses at Donald Trump's inauguration. Can anyone explain what if any significance this verses have to do with UR.Thanks

I think that if God wants it to happen, it's going to happen;
I think that if God desires it to happen, it's going to happen;
I think that if God wills it to happen, it's going to happen!

IMO the verses you quoted contain the very definition of UR.

It is seeing things through the eyes of God

It like looking at the ten commandments,
through the eyes of men they are laws to be obeyed by them
rather than
through the eyes of God they are laws that will be fulfilled by God

Because of what Christ does in us our end result will be, We shall have no other God's before Him,
Because of what Christ does in us our end result will be, We shall not make any graven image,
Because of what Christ does in us our end result will be, we shall not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain,
     which with this one we definitely have to understand as We shall not take the name (identity) of the Lord thy God in vain (vanity)

and so on, they become His promises to us that He will keep
rather than
laws that we have to obey

All good things come from above and because of what He does in us,

we just can't help but become that fountain overflowing to others so they also can freely eat and drink of His feast

"My Word.. shall accomplish all I desire.." Isaiah 55:11

For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people.

- "A ransom for all.."! John 12:32 - Jesus said, "If I be lifted up from the Earth, I will draw all to me." (Italic words in our bible are words added by the translators.)

1 Timothy 4:10 - "God is the savior of all"

.."All the ends of the Earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all families will worship before Thee.." Psalm 22:27

This has now been witnessed to at the proper time.

1 Timothy 2:3-6 - what packed verses! - "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

I believe this last - "to be testified in due time" is saying "ransom for all" will be 'announced' on the day He has fixed for it to be 'announced' on.. :dontknow: :2c: (i'm thinking on judgment 'day' :dunno: )
