There are at least as many molecules in a single teaspoon of water as there are teaspoons of water in the entire Atlantic Ocean. Even when all the molecules in a single breath of air have been dispersed evenly in the earth's atmosphere, there will still be one or two of the same ones taken into the lungs with every subsequent breath.

Every time you breathe in, you inhale one or two of the same molecules that you inhaled with the first breath you took as a baby. And each breath also contains some molecules from the last gasp of Julius Ceasar, Napoleon, and every other person in history.

So we are all conected in the end isn't it? Its also interesting if you think about that breath and spirit are conected in the scriptures as well.

I remember how awed I was when it was explained to me that all the atoms of my body were once part of the sun.

There is an old joke or conundrum that the water we drink has been through eight pairs of kidneys. It is probably many more than that. Just think of the hundreds of dinosaur kidneys it went through before that.
