I know angel can mean messenger, I'm not asking about that. What I'm asking I can't really show with quotes because it would mean a lot of quotes. But I think that's not a problem because anyone hanging out here know Scripture better that me.
Anyway the peaceful Jesus is a warrior King for a while when He's crushing the forces of evil.
Jesus is said to return with His angles. My guess those angel have purpose/task.
It's also said the saints (earthly people) will rule during the millenium with Jesus. Jesus is the King of kings and all that. Not questioning that in the slightest. But to me it sounds like Jesus will be at least part of the time out of sight. If not there isn't anything to rule for the saints.
So if those saints are ruling what are the angels doing?
What exactly is the ruling of the saints? Is it simple ministry work like teaching and helping people?
If is it like a zombie apocalypse movie, but instead of zombies it's demons.
The saints will judge the angels. All angels or the fallen angels? Are the saints going to sent people/demons/angels to the Lake?

There are so very many things about How God is going to do things ,I just do not know !!!
I cannot help but wonder , I ask the Lord all the time , What does this mean or that mean Lord ?
One question I wonder about is , How is it the dead in Christ rise first ?

So yes they are being gathered into Christ Body regularly , a daily sacrifice /offering , it is a spiritual body , not seen with

Because it is the HOLY SPIRIT that everything is being done in and for and though Jesus Christ , both the FATHERS SPIRIT & SONS SPIRIT , not one without the other union .
This is the binding law that cannot be broken under the age of the law, all are under , till Christ comes , nor the age to come which is the grace of God though Jesus Christ , So to me , I believe that these messengers / angels are being judged and held under the law of death still till they repent of the works of their hands and mouths be stopped .
We are to know the times of our visitations unless we are still dead in sin /goats and not in Christ /sheep and know nothing as we ought . :sigh:

The angels seem to be forces used by God to run errands. They currently have more power than we do. However we are to be raised above angels just like Jesus, only Him being the first. We will be like Him and see Him as He truly is.

I.M.O we have a little example of the principal of the future in the way we have people of government/power/authority ruling us. They are recognised as the leaders of countries and people. This seems to be like the future only the roles will be allocated differently. So much that the people will be leaders of angelic forces, or communities, just like our president and government rule us now.

As you say, there are many verses recording interactions with angels through the scriptures.
We are to be raised above them so we will get to know that position as we are growing in knowledge through Christ.

What do we have to compare judging angels to ??
Certainly not each each other , not the world, nor desire of the heart .
I can only see how God dealt with evil in the old testament and mankind and it is pretty harsh , and yes angles and messengers did appear to some that were called according to Gods purpose , but most were set to endure death & destruction for doing good as well as evil .
To me that was everyone locked up under the law of sin and death and there is nothing spoken of the inner man of the heart except exposing what was in their hearts .
All this is the old and passing and fading away and Jesus come as one born of woman under the same law of sin and death /Eve ,mother of the all the living
and it is though child bearing that she is saved according to Gods Word , but it was not till Jesus come would those first fruits after such a long , long and patient time , in that fullness of time would God acknowledge His truth and set them free , this is why NONE could precede come before (something) in time. and order or command with without Jesus Christ , being the way and truth and Life , that all would come though
When Jesus opened heaven for ALL , it would be only by His sacrifice and though Him can anyone enter
All are bound to disobedience though the LAW OF SIN AND DEATH , but by ONE MANS obedience God would have mercy on all .
The Lord Jesus Christ is that cross we must all come to , and go though to enter , being the Door , the flaming Sword [Word of God ] well everything really ,

So this word is eternal life and as it leads , it will judge everything as we each and everyone begin to hear His Voice ..

I know I've read in commentaries that there will be survivors (human) on the Earth, which I agree with, even though I think there will obe a lot of destruction before His return. So I'm thinking there will be not only ministering and teaching going on, but also rebuilding and construction.
I think the prophecy about long life will occur here, during the millennium of Jesus.. After all He will be there (which also explains why the lion will eat straw like the ox and teaching bear graze with the cow, before the Earth is made new).
There's a verse about seven years cleanup? Around Jerusalem.. The angels serving also.. Messengers.. :Chinscratch: I'm thinking on Judgment 'Day' the saved during this life, will indeed judge rebel angels, as it seems logical to me the 'day' is one of the review of all history and God sees all. A 'day' I have to think, of weeping, gnashing of teeth, outer darkness, but also of repentance and reconciliation. -- The resurrection of all not saved during this life, occurs after the millennium / 1000 reign of Jesus. And then commences day of Judgment - Rev 20, when the believers / dead in Christ rise, it says the rest of the dead rise not until after the thousand years.
...so I believe there will be a lot of service and ministering during Judgment 'Day', Like massive...
