Why Eternal Hell and/or Annihilation is Garbage

I've been thinking a lot lately, and even struggling to believe in UR, but the one thing I keep coming back to is: love.

People say that God is love, but He will eternally torment or annihilate those who do not believe in Him or fight against Him if they do not accept him in this life or the next. Yet, when I think about love I can't see that as being even remotely true.

I'm not perfect in love (as God is), but I know 100% that I wouldn't EVER eternally torment or annihilate ANYBODY. (Sure, in this life, I might wish to wipe certain people off the face of the Earth, but I wouldn't want them to be permanently removed from existence! And, in fact, I'd only want to do this if it would save others, say, from Osama Bin Laden.) I want ALL PEOPLE to come INTO perfect love, and BE loved, and KNOW love! Would I be willing, if I had the power and the willingness and the time, to bring all people into good relation with one another and myself? Of course! And if I will, who does not love completely and perfectly, then how much more will my Father in Heaven who IS PERFECT LOVE?

Jesus said the greatest commandments were to LOVE God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength; and to LOVE one another as you LOVE yourself.

It all comes down to LOVE, and I think, it must, ALL RETURN TO LOVE.

I'd say yes to eternal torment under one condition. If a person were 100% evil. What I mean is, if a person asked to be born and was born perfectly knowing Jesus Christ and God, His Father. If a person was perfectly made by God Himself and there was no darkness within. If this person had perfect wisdom and knowledge and THEN, rejected God, then I would say to hell with him.

But this would be an impossiblity. In our courts we are innocent until proven guilty and we must be proven guilty. If there is a shadow of innocence we must be found innocent. I would say for someone to go into a eternal torment condition he would have to be guilty 100%, in every way possible.
