Judges Verses And Understandig to God

Judges 3:1-3 These are the nations the Lord left to test all those Israelites who had not experienced any of the wars in Canaan .he did this to teach warfare to the descendants of the Israelites who had not had previous battle experience. the five rulers of the Philistines, all the Canaanites, the Sidonians, and the Hivites living in the Lebanon mountains from Mount Baal Hermon to Lebo Hamath..

How can we explain this verse? God wanted to test them, but the result of this, Israel became worse sinner.

Moreover, If these nations were so bad they deserved to be destroyed, why did God leave them behind? 

And other things,

Sometimes I think, God sometimes punishes a crime that seems small. (uzza and other persons)  Sometimes, it seems silent against the big appearing sins.And sometimes it seems to punish unfairly.
Genesis 20:18 For the LORD had closed all the wombs of the house of Abimelech because of Sarah, Abraham's wife.

For example, David did not just commit murder and adultery. It also violated the mosaic law.

(Tamar-absalom- to michal take back- 10 concubines and other things) It seems that most of the mosaic law has not been practiced when one looks carefully at his life.

But the god who always communicates with david is silent when david violates them.

And written, 1.kings 15:5 For David had done what was right in the eyes of the Lord and had not failed to keep any of the Lord's commands all the days of his life—except in the case of Uriah the Hittite.

And david says in the psalms, that he did not turn away from god commandments.Over and over. İnteresting!

King Solomon killed a man because he wanted a girl from Solomon. God is silent. And god after a while talk to him about something else. And, The angel comes to warn the solomon twice so that he will not worship another god.

Sometimes I do not understand God. Sometimes it seems very unfair. But still God knows the best of everything.Maybe there are points I missed. But I can not stop thinking.

So, It seems so unfair that God has sent eternal punishment to those whom he has not even given so much chance.

There are people in the world who have not even laughed once.

There are children who haven't even eaten ice cream once in their life.

There are people who have never experienced their own lives once in their life.

I know, we will give an account of our own life. But, Who will give the account of our life? Our losses, our pains,Our disease...  Is human life so worthless?

Maybe this is our logic.  But if we do not take a godlike example of justice, it would be absurd to ask for justice from us.
If there is justice and mercy, this should be for everyone.

I dont know. For all my thoughts against God, I apologize from god. İn In the presence of everyone!

If there are apparent lapses in the record of the dealings of God with Man, always remember that the Bible is written with a very broad brush, except for some telling details.  God may appear as an absentee landlord, but though His mill grinds slowly, it grinds exceedingly fine...

We have all "gotten away" with a few things in this life, but we will make a full accounting before we enter the Kingdom - be very certain of that.

God always says to israel,   " Then you will know that I am the LORD. "

He talked to them always.He constantly warned them.

I thought, 

Could not he turn them from other gods if God was interested in other nations?

Maybe there is a lot we do not know. Sometimes there is so much that seems like discrimination.

I find only the universalism that compensates for all of this. But still, justice should always apply to everyone. Justice should not be delayed in case compensate. maybe sometimes.

I say it again, Maybe this is my thought. Maybe it is one of my many thoughts against God.

For this reason, I want you to pray for all my sins.  I will continue to investigate.

Romans 9;15,16 " For He says to Moses,
                                    'I will have mercy on whom I have mercy,
                                     and I will have compassion on who I have compassion.'
                           So then it does not depend on human desire or exertion, but on God's mercy."

Romans 9;32,33 " And what if He did so in order to make know the riches of His glory to the objects of mercy,
                       which He prepared before-hand for glory- even us whom He has called, not only from Jews but also from Gentiles."

Romans 10;2,3 " For I bear witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.
                         For ignoring the righteousness that comes from God,
                         and seeking to establish their own,
                         they did not submit to God's righteousness."

Romans 11;32 " For God has consigned ALL to disobedience so that He might show mercy to ALL."

After going through this purpose of the law in Romans and Galations, he then reveals the purpose that had been hidden for ages.


Eph 3;4,5 " Accordingly, when you read this you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ,
                 WHICH WAS NOT MADE KNOWN TO THE SONS OF MAN IN OTHER GENERATIONS as it has now been revealed to His
                  holy apostles by the spirit."

Eph 3;9,10 " To make it plain what is the arranged plan of the mystery,
                   WHICH WAS HIDDEN FOR AGES IN GOD WHO CREATED ALL THINGS,
                   in order that NOW, through the ecclesia, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities
                   in the heavenly realms, according to the aionian purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Eph 3;14-16 " For this reason I bow my knees before The Father,
                     from Whom every family in heaven and on earth derives it's name,
                     in order that according to the riches of His glory,
                     He might grant YOU to be strengthened with power through His spirit in your inner being."

Eph 3;19 " To know the love of Christ which SURPASSES KNOWLEDGE,
                that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God."

So since God has kept this hidden from man for so long, how would the concept of eternal damnation be pushed as coming from God?
If I do not tell my children what they are doing wrong and then correct them, how can I get cross?
At no point do they stop being my children, even though they make mistakes. God loves us more than we love our kids.
I.M.O judgment is correction, not condemnation.

Hope this helps- linking the O.T with the N.T is done through Hebrews 11 ending with the statement in verse 40
   " For God had provided something better with us in mind, so that they should not reach their goal apart from us."

Actually what I think is,

If God will save Israel, who said he did more evil than all of them, he has to save other nations as well.But, there are many nations that are not explicitly mentioned.

And, Will Babylon be saved?  I could not find a verse about it. And, Is said to have been destroyed in the book of revelation.

I get angry when I think that God is discriminating for Israel.

I.M.O the Babylon system is what is destroyed.

Paul makes a key little illustration about his conversion.
1 Tim 1;15,16 " Trustworthy is the saying and worthy of complete acceptance;
                         'Christ Jesus came into the world in order to save sinners,'
                         of whom I am the foremost.
                        But I was shown mercy for this reason; so that in me as foremost,
                       Christ Jesus might display His complete patience as an illustration for those who were to believe in Him for aeonian
                       life."
The observation of his sins were listed before this statement;
verse 13 ; " Even though formerly I was a blasphemer, persecutor, and an insolent person.
                  But I was shown mercy because I acted in unbelief."

What is of interest, for me, is that he was a Pharisee and supposedly knew all the prophecies- yet he acted in unbelief.
He also committed blasphemy- the supposedly unforgiveabble sin.
Many times he says how what he was doing was Christ working through him; ergo no personal efforts.

 
Israel were appointed by allotment to their roles.
Time has been gone through so as to show what happens when power is miss-used.
Many have tried to take positions, and were willing to destroy the opposition.
They have seemingly gotten away with much, but were always eventually destroyed by another power- some just took a lot of time to come about.
If we look at only this age,  all that happens around us seems to make our life to be pointless to exist.
However, I.M.O this is all about learning the consequences of self-centred decisions instead of working together in love.
The love of money, the position of authority, generates much evil.
The concept of coming ages which will surpass in every way the current situation, for me, releases the bondage of the failures which are happening left, right, and centre.


One of those interesting side observations;
Rev 22;11 " Let the evil doer continue to do evil,
                  and the filthy still be filthy,
                  let the righteous continue to act righteously,
                  and the holy still be holy."

This seems to back up what was pointed out by Paul in the Romans scriptures about designation for certain roles- so the wisdom of God can be displayed by how He handles situations versus the attempts at man.
Looking at our current global occurrences we seems to be seeing that there is no resolution for problems that all parties concerned will agree about. This is all necessary to show that man does not know everything. Ergo man to be convinced of the need for a saviour.
Pretty much like watching a child try to solve something- get frustrated, defeated, give up- before the recognition that the parent will help/solve the issue. God is greater than any man- as said, the wisdom of man is foolish, but still necessary so as to learn from all the mistakes.

Actually my brother,  I do not want to know anything!

I just want to trust. But my brain does not leave me alone. constantly irritates me with questions.

A lot of thoughts come to mind when you are asleep.

Again came to mind,

some people say about death,

" Death takes in this whole dreadful realm of sin, weakness, fear, sorrow, pain, heartache, rebellion, strife, war, sickness, torment, sadness and trouble in which men walk without the peace and joy and transforming power of God in their lives "

If this is the meaning of death and If the believers have life, why do believers continue to suffer?
Why do not they have a life full of gods?

Or the death punishment of law?

Eph. 2:1 As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins..

in that case,  Is death meaning really an eternity loss?

It is written that the believers should suffer a lot of pain. What is the eternal life of those who believe?

COuple of points of interest, for me.

1 Cor 3;20-23 " The Lord knows the reasonings of the wise, that they are futile.
                        So then let no one boast with respect to men.
                       For all things are yours, whether Paul or Apollos, or Peter, or the world, or life, or death, or the present, or the future-
                        ALL are yours, and YOU are Christ's, and Christ is God's."

Pretty inclusive list there. The literal order of who we are and the chain of command- of which we are a part thanks to the completeness of the work of Christ.

Then another of those observation-type things.

1 Cor 15; 19 " If our hope on Christ is only for this life, we are to be pitied most of all men."

Paul has a complete change of values.
Phil 3;7-9 " But whatever things were gain to me, these I have come to regard as a loss because of Christ.
                 More than that, I regard ALL THINGS AS LOSS BECAUSE OF THE SURPASSING VALUE OF KNOWING CHRIST JESUS
                 AS MY LORD, FOR WHOM I HAVE SUFFERED THE LOSS OF ALL THINGS AND REGARD THEM AS RUBBISH
                    in order to gain as a matter of profit Christ and be found in Him,
                NOT HAVING A RIGHTEOUSNESS THAT COMES FROM THE LAW,
                BUT THAT WHICH COMES THROUGH FAITH IN CHRIST, THE RIGHTEOUSNESS FROM GOD, that is based on faith."

Then Paul makes a key point-
Phil 4;12,13 " I know what it is to be in want, and I know what it is to have an abundance.
                     In any and in every circumstance I have learned the secret,
                     whether I am well-fed, or hungry,
                     have plenty or am in need.
                    I can do all things through the one Who strengthens me."

2 Cor 4;18 " So we look NOT on what is seen, BUT on what is not seen;
                    for what can be seen IS TEMPORARY,
                   but what is NOT seen is Aioniaon[ eternal]."

2 Cor 5;7 " For we walk by faith, NOT by sight."

Gal 6;14 " But may I never boast, except in the cross of Christ Jesus our Lord,
                through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world."

Christ tells us to take up the cross and follow Him.

I.M.O this is all saying that the believers will go through much, to learn much.
Heb 12;7 " Endure your trials as discipline.
                 God is treating you as sons.
                 For what son is there whom a father does not discipline?"

As mentioned before, if this age is all there is to life then we should be pitied most of all.
Unfortunately a lot of preachers are incorrectly using the law along with the associated blessings and curses to keep people in their parish and to pat themselves on the back.
Jude makes a key point;
vs18,19 " In the final age there will be scoffers, driven by their ungodly desires.
               These are the ones causing division,
               worldly minded and devoid of spirit."

amazingly then makes a point of encouragement;
vs 24 " To Him Who is able to keep you from stumbling,
           AND TO MAKE YOU STAND IN HIS GLORIOUS PRESENCE WITHOUT BLAME AND WITH GREAT JOY."

To me a positive future more glorious than our present training ground/life.
