"judgment seat of Christ doctrine"

   This is a widely accepted belief which says that after the rapture,    only the saved  will be judged at that time at this judgment.   In which they are tried by fire,  but are saved.
   Anyone know how or why they say this is only a judgment of the saved?    I use to believe this,  but now I'm questioning all my old beliefs,  accept the a,b,c,s  of Christ of coarse!      I heard a great teaching by Gary Amiralt  in which he talked about this  as being a judgment for everyone.      The scripture for this says " we all shall appear before the judgment seat of Christ".

Well, there's not a time limit for the judgement seat of Christ. It just says all will appear at the judgement seat. Does that mean at the same time? Maybe. But I'm not so sure. But also, I don't know anybody who says <i>only</i> the believers will be judged at the judgement seat of Christ. I always remember thinking of it as all people being judged and being sent to Heaven or Hell. I think we'll all stand before Christ's judgement seat, but I don't know if it will be on a "Judgement Day" (if you will).

On a side note, since becoming to believe in UR, I've basically thrown out any sort of belief in "The Rapture".

hmmm. Y'know I tend to think that judgement will consist of God showing you, the affect of love and non-love in your life. (And the world as a WHOLE.)
How things trickle down, also.

Now thinking about this:

God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love

God is refining us.
Here and then later.

It's like our entire lives are going to be seen as a testament to LOVE.
And what LOVE accomplishes... and what NON-LOVE destroys.

But this God's judgement is God lovingly showing us what we need to be shown in order for us to understand love. (God is love.) So in order for us to more clearly understand God. y'know?

Well, I think this is part of the "judgement".
It's like, all of the lessons will be ingrained in you forever, this way.
We MUST learn the power of LOVE...and the futility of non-love.
Seems to me, the perfect way to learn is by experience and reflection.
Individually, and as a whole.

It seems to me that judgment of Adam's race has been an on-going situation since God raised Jesus from the dead.   

Jesus Foretells His Death John-Chapter12

27 "Now My soul has become troubled; and what shall I say, 'Father, save Me from this hour'? But for this purpose I came to this hour. 28Father, glorify Your name." Then a voice came out of heaven: "I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again." 29So the crowd of people who stood by and heard it were saying that it had thundered; others were saying, "An angel has spoken to Him." 30Jesus answered and said, "This voice has not come for My sake, but for your sakes. 31Now judgment is upon this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out. 32And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to Myself." 33But He was saying this to indicate the kind of death by which He was to die.

I will "begin" to "try" to put into words on "another topic here"
what I received from the tying of God's Words together on the
subject of How Paul was convinced from judgement of wrath
to judgement of LOVE for Himself and others.  It is too important
to get lost here so I'm giving it a "thread" of it's own.  Thank YOU

Judgement is the law! Where there is no law there can be no violation, (Romans)

The judgement was poured out on the Jew for rejecting God, that was it, done and done.

The judgement seat of Christ is a good thing. It means eventually all will come before God and recieve the same judgement Jesus recived, Righteousness!!! All will recieve their unvieling of righteousness.

ALL WILL come before and recieve the same judgement, and it doesnt matter what they did, whether it be good or bad all will recive the same judgement!!

How can this be?

The New covenant, I will forgive their sin and remember thier iniquity no more.
