Jesus, He came for you and me

Tried writing a poem a while ago. Hope this is uplifting;

Jesus is the victor over sin and death
Raised to be alive forevermore
Jesus came to earth and with His final breath
Ransomed us the price of sin He bore
Now we come as His chosen ones
Spread the news and tell the world He lives
We now have joy cuase we are His ones
Peace and joy and life He freely gives
Jesus, God's Son, is all we need
Jesus, our lives have been freed
Jesus is now our living victory
Jesus He came for you and me

Jesus is the victor and the crown of life
Rests upon His precious loving head
Come to Him receive the crown He freely gives
Live your life trusting in Him instead
Trust Him to guide you all the way
Keeping you from falling in to sin
He gives strength to you everyday
Know the power of God dwells from within
Jesu. God's Son, is all we need
Jesus, our lives have been freed
Jesus is now our living victory
Jesus He came for you and me.
