My Second Anniversary to believe in UR.

Tomorrow will be my second anniversary as a Christian Universalist.            :Gclap:

The change it made in me was slow, but I can look back and see how my vision of so many things has changed, even if ever so slightly, since then. But, sometimes a little change can mean a whole lot.

I want to encourage those of you who have not come to believe in UR, to examine it carefully; pray earnestly about it; learn as much as you can from scripture and others on this website and beyond, and through readings and books. The Holy Spirit will be your guide....allow Him to do so.

I never really believed in the hell scenario or the loss of so many persons.. tho I did think for a short time perhaps there were those whom God had not created but Satan had.. butfollowing that thought logically results in some very bad things and ideas.. since fully realizing Christian Universalism/ universal reconciliation of all, I have become very joyful and oeaceful; usually! Stressful days or times occur to us all, but even then is the underlying joy.

And that makes sense to me as a fruit of Truth, for Jesus said things like "that your joy be full".. hard to imagine overflowing joy when you expect or dread someone you love and some folks you know and huge numbers of people perishing (or worse!!)

So I agree, I hope everyone searching, especially here, will follow through and let the Spirit open so many universalist verses.. both outright and implied- to their understanding, that their joy may be full :cloud9: :cloud9:

Congrats Dandelion on your anniversary,

I had an experience on 12/12/05, but it wasn't until the end of 2007 that the thought of UR might be true, that came about with the words "with God all things are possible"..... if we reject the possibility we would never know if it is correct or not

and to reject the possibility also will reject all understanding of it therefore we would always remain in the dark about it
