                                                                                           Love walked
                                                                                            up the hill
                                                                                             one day,
                                                                                              a cross
                                                                                               upon
                                                                                                His
                                                                                               back
                                                                                             and then
                                                               The darkness tried to stop the light, but it could not
                                                                   Sadness tried to overcome joy, but it could not
                                                                  Self-interest tried to detour love, but it could not
                                                                       Pain tried to distract hope, but it could not
                                                                       Success tried to stifle faith, but it could not
                                                                         Fear tried to deter trust, but it could not
                                                                  The grave tried to imprison truth, but it could not
                                                                                               Jesus,
                                                                                           Love Divine,
                                                                                               died on
                                                                                              the cross
                                                                                               that day
                                                                                                   so
                                                                                                 Light
                                                                                                  Joy
                                                                                                 Love
                                                                                                 Hope
                                                                                                 Faith
                                                                                                 Trust
                                                                                                  and
                                                                                                 Truth
                                                                                               could live
                                                                                                Forever
                                                                                                  and
                                                                                                  Ever.
