1 discerning the times
   by way of
     discerning the times
        helps for discerning ...primary FOR THOSE AT THAT LEVEL
                                                       THAT HAVE BEEN TAUGHT ALL THINGS BY THE HOLY SPIRIT
                     
2 discerning the bible on related matters
        hmmm oh okay
               if one wouuld have all things work together for the good
                     the 2 things suggested in romans 8:28
                                (LITV)  But we know that to the ones loving God all things work together for good, to those being called according to purpose;

i can think of 2 elements that might be involved
.... why just think..well ... the holy spirit i havent let teach me to the level
             where i let it teach me all things
               
ah what might my issues be how i might have resisted being called for sure by god
           in my purposes....
