I read and I reread and sometimes about the 40th or fiftieth time it hits me,
We are all familiar with 1 Tim 4:10 -  "We have put our hope in the Living God, who is the saviour of everyone,
but especially of those that have faith" - which means that he is also the saviour of those that don't have faith.

I know I've read this verse many times before but it really stuck out this morning.
1 John 2:2 - "He paid for our sins with His own blood. He did not pay for ours only, but for the sins of the whole world."
That's the New Life translation and others are almost identical.

micah7:9

Joh 6:38  For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
Joh 6:39  And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

This verse says it all, doesn't it?

It is he who is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world's.

For He is The Atonement who is for the sake of our sins, and not in our place only, but also in the place of the entire universe.

--1 John 2:2

Mic 7:18  Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.
Mic 7:19  He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
Mic 7:20  Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
