I'm reading Gary Amirault's article on "Eternal Death (Annihilation): One Step Out of Hell; One Step Short of Glory" and he mentioned, "For an article on the early Christian view of salvation, write for the article or tape The Early Christian View of the Savior."

Is there any way to get this article online? Is it on Tent Maker or anything?
