Yes! ..Wait a minute, I don?t remember.. But I know it?s perfect! Now I remember! And it?s true! Sometimes someone will ask ?did God create evil?? - As of yet I don?t think I?ve ever had anyone agree with me, but I think he created evil when he endowed thinking and reasoning ability to man and angel. So indirectly. Not as a mistake or anything, but of course with full knowing - and - intent. And look how ?all of heaven and all of earth? are well.. ?bound up together in disobedience?.
He could?ve made a creation much more like an ant farm. Saved himself a lot of grief. I figure especially because He is Life! So he witnesses, suffers and experiences all things that ever happen, and he endowed thinking and reasoning ability anyway! This binding all over into this slow gehenna (entropy, God also ?is perfect? so imperfect/straying is entropy, which does not quit/reverse. But ?God is savior of all?.
I think surely before doing any act of creation God could see every possibility and has does and does all things as he has and does, in order to bring about the best ?end? result possible.. It?s not what God hAs created, but what He is creating?

Isaiah 45 talks along the line of creation and everything set in place: and is what Paul quoted about the pot telling the potter what to do.
