Gods will on earth

I was saying this prayer tonight and realised this is not just something to repeat this is a powerful prayer.

It seems that heaven is ALREADY in order and now we need to pray for God's Kingdom to be completed here on earth.

I am looking forward to when no more evil corrupt government, no unemployment no hunger no anger toward our neighbors no wars just peace.

What a day that will be, but from my understanding we all will have a part in bringing this about and keeping things orderly in his Kingdom, this will truly be heaven on earth.

Does this make sense, is this how it will be when the sons of God start marching through out the earth overcoming evil with good?

This is exactly how I see it, too.  I know the richness and depth of these passages can lead to different interpretation.  But I agree with everything you have said. The victory comes in heaven first, which it has already.  That's what we saw happen two thousand years ago.

Now we wait to see it on earth, and yes, we all have a part in bringing the kingdom to earth as we take up our cross and follow our Lord.  The mountain of God will fill the earth one day.

I used to think that the kingdom of God was the holy spirit, but I was wrong. The kingdom of God is the holy spirit working upon peoples hearts. The gospel is to be preached until men receive Christ on a global base, all of the belivers are candles that lighten the world, currently there are not enough candles to destroy the kingdom of darkness, but soon Christ will return with his saints to destroy the tares among the wheat, pictured at the battle of armageddon when the beast and his armies are gathered all in one place, so that Christ can smite them all in one location, where the eagles will gather, there the carcass will be.
