A beautiful thing that happened last Sunday

Hey guys, I wanted to share with you something that has happened last Sunday.
On Saturday night, I had received an email from Tentmaker's Newsletter (I don't know how many of you are subscribed) about the word Guidance. In a certain phrase, the email said: "When two people dance, if both try to guide the dance they do a "mess". But if one of the two is led by the other, then they dance perfectly". On Sunday morning, I went to church. We sang a hymn which contained this phrase: "O God, let my life with you be a dance". I was immediately amazed. Besides, the sermon of the pastor (based on Heb. 4,14-16) was "Trusting God".

God gives me "signs" everywhere.

I believe God speaks to each of us. He made us, and He knows how to capture our attention......and our hearts.

It always puts me in awe of our Almighty God, when He communicates with me. Sometimes I doubt if I heard correctly, but He has been working with me, in that department.

I am so happy for you, that you are listening and hearing His voice, in your life.

It is a blessing beyond compare!

Amen, that is so lovely!! He is SO good!!  :thumbsup: :banana: (dancing banana:)) :dsunny: and what a very true message..! ..and He dances with every one of us.. (and hopefully we don't step on His feet! :doh: )

 :cloud9: Don't you just love it when He does that? He speaks to all of us, all the time, in every little thing, we just have to learn to tune in to it. I always say there are no coincidences in God.

Cool thing about dance....the steps of the righteous are ordered by the Lord = dancing. Blessings....and dancing..... :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana:

When I found the Tent, I was looking at the various resources, and one day saw "Forum."  Wow!  Now, there's a newslatter?!
Socrates taught Plato.  Plato taught Aristotle.  Aristotle tutored the son of Philip of Macedon.  This boy grew up to become Alexander the Great, largely by slaughtering a lot of people.  That's philosophy.

Jesus spoke the Truth.  He blessed the poor.  He healed the sick.  He even raised the dead.  He died on a cross for us, lived again, and came back long enough to tell us to love one another.  That's religion.

I do love Him, as He frequently gives me such messages and a strong guidance!
