Hello everyone!  Although I've seen several threads commenting on this topic, I guess my spirit is still not at peace with the topic.  I am brand new to UR thought and I'm learning that many who believe in UR also have a completely different interpretation regarding the book of Revelation than what mainstrem offers.

I've read quite a few of the threads and must admit I am quite lost with all the 'new' UR jargon.
I have wanted to write this down for weeks now but just haven't found the time.  It is fresh on my mind because someone sent me a link to some sort of so-called "conspiracy theory or reality" depending on your point of view.  Although I must admit I tend to lean toward a lot of it being more reality than just theory, I am wondering how all of this fits into interpretation of Revelation.

I see that most state that Revelation is to be understood 'spiritually' not literally, BUT it is difficult to ignore its resemblance with the NWO (New World Order), Americna concentration camps and forced depopulation flu vaccines.

Do most here believe that this is all make believe or that it is happening but has nothing to do with the 'true' end of the world?  After seeing the youtube video I was sent, my spirit is in turmoil and fear.  All this talk of purposely killing people off, taking your kids and chipping everyone or torture and death to those that refuse, is rather unnerving.  If this is not Revelation's version of what the end of the world will be, then what is??????

As one endoctrinated in mainstream Christianity, how can I not believe that RFID's are the "mark of the beast?"  What if I accept it to survive and find out by God that I took the 'forbidden' mark?  What if I miss the clues and pay the tribulation consequence?  What if I refuse and see my family torn apart?  AAAARRRRGGGGG, the madness of it all!  At the same time, I know God's Word tells us that fear is not of the Lord!  But that doesn't not mean that my family and I will not suffer such atrocities.  Is it unrealistic and selfish to hope and pray that we as believers be delivered from such things.  What about Psalm 91?  Can anyone shed light on these issues for me?!?!?!?!?

I am fascinated by most of the Revelation threads I've read.  Most in the UR camp have a total opposite understanding to what I'm used to!  How can that be?  Is there no correlation between the craziness that we see happening with global politics and that book?

Sorry for my ramblings!  I'm typing it as it occurs to me!  Have to handle some business today.  I look forward to reading the responses from other URers more spiritually mature than myself.  I feel that since I've believed in UR, I'm starting my walk with Christ all over.  Although I was an outsider to most mainstreamed because of true beliefs in Christ I have so much to learn!

Love in Christ! :)

If you were entirely indoctrinated, you would stand firm in that idea rather than question it.  Usually what it comes down to is that you know the answer, it is fear that prevents you from taking that next step and rejecting that nonsense for what it is.

Perfect love casts out fear.   Return to the basics,  you have the idea that you want to know what God wants, you have the idea that Jesus Christ is your saviour.   We are promised to not be forsaken, so do not let teaching of men make you lose sight of that promise.

Live the best you can, what is not good enough will not damn you, it will only be Jesus coming to help you.

CM, My own inclination is to view the two as at least somewhat connected, although probably not in the way that we were taught. I don't think it's wise to entirely ignore the information, and I would say that just from a human rights perspective, we should avoid being chipped or drugged or anything against our will.

Hello;

Good questions...

The Mark of the Beast was refering to Nero Ceasar. Nero was the beast and the mark was those who were subordanant to him. If you didnt "worship" him by submiting to his laws you were killed or tortured. The very Ceasar curencey had a picture of nero on it and inscribed, Ceasar the only name by which a man may be saved.

The New World Order... this is actually Jesus taking over... this is a good thing. He is head over all things and all things worship and submit to Him. Think about it, you want to go to heaven right? Heaven is the nwo.

I was reading "From The Candlestick To The Throne" by J. Preston Eby tonight, and ran across something that especially caught my attention.  I was looking for a place to post it and chose this spot.  Any thoughts on how Mr. Eby defines some of this terminology we've often heard?  He sure explains it differently than orthodoxy does, huh?

"In this book (Revelation) is revealed a new name (nature), a new song (revelation, message), a new Jerusalem (people), a new heaven (government), a new earth (order, expression), and finally it is proclaimed, "Behold, I make A-L-L T-H-I-N-G-S NEW!" (Rev. 21:5). Hallelujah! The whole purpose of God in this book is to declare the eternal passing of all that is old, and the establishment of ALL THAT IS NEW." - J. Preston Eby

He also says this;  "If your theology brings you to the place where you go back to outward temples made with hands, and the ashes of red heifers, and the blood of bulls and goats - somewhere you missed the point! There are few things that I will argue with anyone about, but I tell you, if your theology ends with the blood and ashes of bulls and heifers, someone has hoodwinked you and pulled the wool over your eyes! If you think the blood of red heifers will ever purify a priesthood to serve in a temple in Jerusalem, or that some Antichrist will one day sit and reign from a Jewish temple, you haven't learned your ABC's of spiritual truth and divine revelation. I can hear the Holy Ghost saying, What! Are you mad? You mean to say that after 65 books of the Bible you didn't get that point?" "And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people" (II Cor. 6:16). "Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out" (Rev. 3:12).

Here is something along similar lines, that he might have added. Scripture says Christ was born a king, who reigns on the throne of David, an ancient king of Israel and Jerusalem. In Acts 15:16-18, James identified the tabernacle of David with the church. Jesus called Jerusalem "the city of the great King." He said "salvation is of the Jews." If you think by "Jews," Jesus meant followers of Judaism, you have missed the spiritual truth expressed by Paul in Romans 2:29. If you think "Israel" is the Jewish state in Palestine, you have believed the Jews, and what the world believes, but you have missed the spiritual truth taught in the New Testament. If you think that "Jerusalem" or "Judah" in prophecy means the earthly city or the Jewish state in Palestine, you have not understood the spiritual truth and divine revelation.

Hi crescent moon,

I like your name. You will find a lot of different views in the UR camp about this subject but just knowing that all will be saved is the biggest and most freeing truth of all. Once you understand that Christ came to save the world and did, you are on your way to greater understanding than you can imagine. One thing I try to never loose site of is, there is always something new to learn. Keep and open mind and don't accept things just because someone said it. Compare everything with the Bible and realize even it has mistakes in it. Always be willing to listen to the other side of things. Here a little, there a little. I have learned things from many different sources.

Personally I believe most of Revelation has been fulfilled. It is a spiritual book full of signs and symbols but I do believe all of this has and will happen. Look at (Rev. 1:19) Write the things which THOU HAST SEEN, and the THINGS WHICH ARE, and the THINGS WHICH SHALL BE HEREAFTER.  The book of Revelation is about past, present, and future.

I personally believe you cant find a more knowledgeable study out there. Unforturanlly it is 96 parts at about 10 pages each. (A lot )

Lee Damboise  it is the partial life work of John Preston Eby.

life work because I have read almost every word he has pened, and In this final work, is the climax of every article I've read pryor. So it is IMO that it was all leading up to this one.
