Ah, so that's what Judas Priest refers to, thanks I'd always been familiar with the term (via the band), but never really considered its meaning.  Comparing various translations of John 12:6, I notice that the KJV simply refers to "the bag".  Guess no further description was required to convey the meaning in those days! 

Congratulations on your..er...apostasy from jw.  I'm presuming that to be labelled a JW is some kind of prelude to excommunication in certain sects.
