An explaination on Justice

We have two alternatives, (a negative problem, and a negative means cancels out the problem and makes a positive end).  Yet the ET teaching states that a negative problem is solved with a negative end.  However nowhere in the Old Testament are judgments dispersed as an end.  In fact they are always means to a positive end.  Or the opposing side ended up dead.  But the scriptures promised restoration of Egypt, Israel, and Gomorrah.  All nations that were judged.
