No, we can't do that because I'd infuriate all of the meat eaters as badly (probably worse) as I infuriated other folks on the homosexuality thread a while back.  There's much more Scripture to talk about on the animal subject, translational issues, and specific covenants of Scripture that take precidence over and supercede what God told Noah and all of that is completely beyond the scope of the Tentmaker Forum.  The Scriptures say that God's bringing all of the animals out of all of this exploitation with the same strong Hand as when He brought Israel out of Egypt.  But out of respect for Gary Amirault's wishes for the forum, we simply can't devote time to refuting the exploitation paradigm where animals are concerned.  It's a no-no on the Tentmaker Forum and I'm tempted more than anyone after the things that have been said on this thread have left me absolutely furious.  But we simply can't go there.
