Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 26, 2026.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tentmaker.org (the “Site”), operated by Gerry Beauchemin, as Hope For All Ministries / Tentmaker.org (“Tentmaker,” “we,” “us,” “our”), based in Texas, USA. Hope For All Ministries / Tentmaker.org is not a registered nonprofit or other formal legal entity; the Site is operated by Gerry Beauchemin individually. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This document covers the rules for using the Site. For information on what data we collect and how, see our Privacy Policy.
1. About the Site
Tentmaker.org is a non-commercial theological resource and preservation project, curating and presenting the library of the late Gary Amirault alongside other works related to Universal Restoration (Christian universalism) theology. The Site includes original commentary, migrated legacy content, third-party theological works reproduced with permission or in the public domain, and multilingual content.
2. Use of Content
Unless otherwise noted, original written content on this Site — including editorial notes, commentary, and site design — is owned by Tentmaker / Hope For All Ministries. You may read, download, and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial, and devotional use, including printing pages for personal study.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Republish, redistribute, or mirror substantial portions of the Site’s content on another website or platform
- Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download, or reproduce the Site
- Use Site content for commercial purposes
- Remove authorship, translation, or attribution information from any work
Third-party works. Many works on this Site were written by other authors and are reproduced here with permission, under license, or because they are believed to be in the public domain. Copyright in those works remains with their original authors, translators, or estates, as applicable. If you believe any content on this Site infringes your copyright, please contact us using the details in Section 10 and we will address it promptly.
3. Presentation of Theological Views
The Site presents works from a range of authors across different eras and traditions, all related to the theology of Universal Restoration. Inclusion of a given author’s work reflects Tentmaker’s judgment that it contributes to this body of scholarship; it does not necessarily mean Tentmaker endorses every statement or interpretation within that work. Readers are encouraged to weigh all material against Scripture and their own study.
4. Contact Form Submissions
If you submit a message through our contact form, you agree that:
- The message becomes the property of Tentmaker / Hope For All Fellowship
- We may use the content of your message — with your name kept private — in future articles or other published materials
- You may request that your message not be used in this way by stating so in your submission
See our Privacy Policy for how submitted messages are otherwise handled.
5. Newsletter
Our newsletter signup is provided through EmailOctopus. By submitting your email address, you agree to receive periodic newsletter communications from Hope For All Fellowship. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email. Your use of the newsletter signup is also subject to EmailOctopus’s own Terms of Service.
6. Community Forum
Tentmaker operates a discussion forum (powered by Simple Machines Forum) where registered users can post publicly.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your forum login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing of others’ rights, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of this Site.
- We reserve the right to remove any forum content, and to suspend or terminate any forum account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for violating these Terms or any posted forum-specific rules.
- Forum posts are public and are attributed to your chosen username, unlike the private contact-form messages described in Section 4. You retain ownership of content you post, but by posting you grant Tentmaker a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the Site and forum.
- The forum is provided on a best-effort, volunteer basis and may be modified, moderated, or discontinued at any time.
See our Privacy Policy for what account data the forum collects and how it’s handled.
7. Donations
When enabled, donations made through the Site’s PayPal donate button are voluntary gifts to Gerry Beauchemin, operating as Hope For All Fellowship / Tentmaker.org, and are processed entirely by PayPal, subject to PayPal’s own User Agreement. Donations are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Hope For All Fellowship / Tentmaker.org is not a registered 501(c)(3) or other tax-exempt organization, and donations are not tax-deductible.
8. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
The Site contains links to, and embedded content from, third-party services including YouTube, Apple Podcasts, EmailOctopus, Cloudflare, and (once enabled) PayPal. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms.
9. No Warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Historical and biographical content is compiled on a best-effort basis and may contain errors; we welcome corrections.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tentmaker / Hope For All Fellowship and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including damages arising from third-party content or services linked from or embedded on the Site.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, including when new Site features (such as the donation button described in Section 7) are activated. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
