Tentmaker Ministries and Publications, Inc. is a non-profit 501 C 3 corporation dedicated to spreading the Glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ into all the world. Proceeds from your purchases will be used to spread the Glorious Gospel into all the world.

Christ's Body Assembled in the New Day Video:
Michelle and I (Gary and Michelle Amirault) have produced a DVD/CD/VHS/Audio and written program that addresses the subject of fellowship. We think there is a great need for much more corporate gatherings among those who embrace universal salvation. This video is about one hour and forty-five minutes long. We hope to send it to as many people on our postal list as we can. We will not copyright it and hope others will reproduce it and pass it on. We'd like to see a grassroots movement stirred up that will create thousands of small fellowships around the world which will focus on being of one mind and one accord under the headship of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world. There will be other writings, music, etc. that will also have to be written to help get these small groups formed in a manner where the Holy Spirit will be the leader. We will also be looking for leadership according to the Biblical pattern to help administer this thing. Those gifted in music are needed. Wanna help? Contact Us
Biblical Manners, Customs, Idioms, Types and Shadows Encyclopedia
Most English translations do not convey the true meaning of many passages of Scripture because they were translated from a Western mindset. The ancient Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek of the Bible is FULL of passages the meaning of which have not been brought faithfully into English. We're collecting many writings which bring out the true meanings of many of these passages. Send us books and materials that help break open the Bible. Some of you can help compile all these various helps. One day we can publish them all and also make them available on the Internet.
Worship Music CD's:
Since we have full access to two music recording studios, we hope to use them to create music CD's that can be used for personal as well as corporate music. I love to worship and worship will be the center of assembly in the future, I believe. Hell? No! Hanson book:
We've put four of Dr. John Wesley Hanson's books into one paperback and added "100 Scriptural Proofs that Jesus is the Savior of the world." The works are "The Bible Hell," "Aion/aionios," "Bible Threatenings Explained" and "Bible Proofs." This will be the premiere reference work for studying the subjects of Hell and universal salvation. It will be over 400 pages long, perfect bound, ISBN number which will make it suitable for libraries to put into their system. It is basically ready for publishing except the cover which we hope will be a full- color cover. This book is VERY important. It should have been out already, but we've run into a few problems. We've never printed anything of this magnitude. We will definitely need financial help for the printing of this book.
Meeting Places Database:
We're almost ready to launch a database that will allow us to easily find a place of fellowship for those who email or write to us. I'm asking all who I know of places around the world that teach universal salvation in some form or fashion. We're plotting them on this computer map. Hopefully, in the near future, the next time I get an email from Podunk, Iowa or wherever, I'll be able to put their zip code into the database, draw a circle around that location of 25, 50, 75 or 100 miles or whatever and pull up any places we've programmed in that meet. I'll be able to print out the list and send it to the individual. We've pesently gathering information on various meeting places, how often they meet, worship style, basic beliefs, etc. We need information on meeting places you might be familiar with. Names, addresses, phone, email address, meeting times, basic info on worship style and format.
Bible Software Project.
There is a public domain Bible program by the name of Sword which we want to build a commentary and dictionary for. We also want to add several Bible translations which do NOT teach Hell to their database. We are VERY close to having something which we can send out. We need to write short definitions of key words which have been mistranslated which we will add to Strong's definitions as an alternative. We need some volunteers who are skilled in writing and have a good foundation on the meaning of Greek and Hebrew words behind aion, tartarus, Gehenna, krima, katakrima, basanos, etc.
We also need a graphic designer to do the logo and design the interface.
Individuals should be good writers and very familiar with UR reference works. Programmers should be familiar with C++. I believe we are within a couple of months of getting a product ready to send out for people to try out. Of course, this product, as is the case of all software, will be continually upgraded. New Web sites:
We will be creating some new web sites. One on Bible Translating. Another devoted strictly to the subject of the Glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ, the restitution of all things. We may also do one on comparative religion one day. We need web design skills, researchers to find quality material to put onto the sites. At the moment, several of us have been brainstorming a new site dedicated to The Glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ. Tentmaker has become too large in focus. This new site will deal specifically with the message of Universal Salvation and Jesus Christ. It will be a beautiful site! Professional Documentary.
On the History of the Doctrine of Hell and Universal Salvation. We would like to produce a documentary of a quality which would allow it do go on television stations showing what the message of Hell has done to the world compared to the message of the salvation of all mankind. Who killed who throughout the centuries? This video makes it plain which message fosters peace and which message fosters hate, murder and wars. Our work on the DVD/Video 'Christ's Body Assembled in the New Day' has given us a lot of practice. We're already amassing art, photographs, etc to use. We need testimonials from people who have been adversely effected by the teaching of hell, audio and written. We need newspaper and magazine article clippings of people who have been negatively affected by religions that teach Hell. We'll also need music. We hope to produce a product good enough to put on channels like Discovery, A & E, or the History channel. Believe me, we have to software and material to do something like that right now. This is going to be a very expensive project. Without the help of many others, we won't go too far in this one. Tracts:
While I realize there are some who find handing out tracts or placing them in various places offensive, having an evangelical heart, while admitting they can be used inappropriately, I think they still have great potential, especially when they contain the Glorious Gospel of the Savior of the world. We want a database of 100 top quality tracts in a format where they can be downloaded and maintain pagination so that individuals can print them out on their computers and pass them on. We want these tracts translated into all the major languages of the world. Write some! Copy some short pieces for other writers, get their permission to turn them into tracts. Do art for them. Do editing for someone. But get these tracts produced! The world needs them. Most should be in very simple English. Pictures and cartoons can be very effective in speaking more than words. And we need LOTS of folks to start mailing and handing them out. Friends, if you don't have a fellowship in your area, start one. Mail out a few hundred tracts in your neighborhood, or drop them at the door. Soak them in prayer. You might be surprised at what comes out of that.
Prayer.
Continually keep us in your prayers. If you keep a prayer list, put us on it, individually and corporately.
International Training and Resource Center.
I (Gary) have several personal dreams I would like to see fulfilled before I pass to the other side permanently. I long for a center that is full of resources available to the whole world that teaches the Message of the Savior of the world. This center would have an educational branch involved with preparing a new Bible translation, publishing books, tracts, audio and video recordings, documentaries, etc. That branch would be educational. It would also have a branch dedicated to raising up and training leaders. And finally, it would have a branch devoted to equipping the saints for a higher level of personal and corporate worship. It would have a high quality recording and music production department. The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth would have His way in all that would be done in this facility. Prisoner Discipleship Writings
I believe America's prisons can have some of the most powerful assemblies of believers in the world, FAR more powerful than traditional churches. They need the message of universal salvation. They need to know they are truly loved. They need written material fit for their educational level. Many can't read or read very poorly. We need tracts, comics, material that's easy to digest. We need to produce written material aimed at those our society, even the churches, have rejected. This material would also serve well as material to introduce those whose second language in English those in third world countries. We're talking discipleship, from beginning to end. To print, mail, maintain databases, inventory, create a regular mailing program, follow ups, etc. will be very expensive.
Purchasing Universalist and other books for our library.
(Or sending in funds whereby we can purchase them ourselves.) Since I've come into this message, I've tried to buy whenever I was financially able a copy of any book dealing with the message of universal salvation. Many of these books are rare and expensive. Buying these books when available and donating them to our library would be helpful to future generations. We hope to have a learning center one day into which these books will be deposited.
New Bible Translation.
A new Bible translation in modern English which corrects the mistranslations of certain key words like aion, gehenna, hades, tartarus, sheol, basanos, krima, etc. We need translators, proofers, editors, and more money than I've ever touched in my life. It's a long term project. If the Lord lays it on your heart to be involved in some manner, contact Gary Amirault.
Why I believe in Universal Salvation.
We are creating a book which gives all the reasons why the salvation of all mankind makes sense, scripturally, philosophically, reasonably, etc. Write nice, reasonably short thoughts why universal salvation makes sense. For example, the Jews don't teach hell, early church believed in universal salvation, universal salvation is what differentiates Christianity from other pagan religions, etc. Need people to write these ideas or collect them from various sites.
Publicity.
Need folks to go to Christian directories, chat rooms, etc. and tell people about our pages.
Evangelists.
People who take some of our short articles and tracts and go to various discussion boards, chat rooms, etc. and post them to start a dialogue which may draw people to our sites.
The Hell Page.
Need more graphics of pagan things the church picked up along its Dark journey. Gargoyles, church depictions of Satan, pictures of the Inquisition and various barbaric acts the Hell-inspired church has committed, etc. Also need articles on Hell concepts of other religions. Any suggestions on how to improve this site.
The Bible Page.
Need copyright free articles, pictures etc. on how the Bible came into being, good articles on translating, Bible comparisons, Greek/Hebrew/Aramaic/Latin studies, biographies of translators, etc. Especially articles that point out that there is no such thing as an "inerrant" translation.
A couple of people with good English grammar skills, plus...
...editing and computer skills to help edit dozens of articles and books which we have not released yet. Also with good computer skills to get our computer system well organized. It would be wonderful to have a volunteer or two to spend a month or two at Tentmaker to edit a lot of stuff around here and put it on the net. So the ideal persons would be someone who can handle the editing AND posting of the material onto the net.
Transcribers.
We would like to take some of our audiotapes and convert them to writing. Also would like to have some of our writings converted to audiotape.
Bible experts.
There are always projects that require expertise in the area of manuscript transmission, translation comparisons, discrepancies among manuscripts, latest info on archaeology which affects Bible translations, etc. Need more contacts in this field that we can rely on for researching questions which come up.
Musicians, artists, poets...
...etc who would create material on the subject of the Glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ, Savior of the world.
Donations of Bibles, Bible Dictionaries, etc.
...lexicons and other reference works which would help our work here. Any copies of older universalist works in print, audio, video, etc. We need at least one copy of every Bible translation produced which does NOT contain the word Hell or "everlasting punishment." We get many requests for people in the third world countries for Bibles and Bible reference books. We are financially unable to provide these materials to most of the requests we get. Old copies of good magazines like Biblical Archaeological Review, Bible Review and other high quality work in Biblical archaeology, ancient manners and customs, Greek and Hebrew word studies, etc.
Publicity.
People to write or email television programs, radio programs that would like to discuss this topic. Need people to contact large libraries to let them know of the many books and articles we have on this subject. Need people to visit Bible colleges and seminaries via the internet and challenge them to read the material at Tentmaker and the Hell page. Eventually we will have a CD Bible program which will be given away FREE to these students that will contain all our research on Hell and universal salvation. It's time to take the next generation of pastors away of the "traditions of men and doctrines of demons."
Translators.
Our book "The Tithe is Illegal" was translated into Spanish and is making some waves in South America. We have several other articles in Spanish and one in Greek. We are getting requests for more of our materials to be translated into other languages. Need volunteers who know English and other languages well enough to produce good quality translations. Also need people to get those translations on the net and in print form.
Construction help.
Our office is in our home which needs some major repairs which we have not been able to do because of lack of finances. Need carpentry, painting, and foundation skilled people who would volunteer their labor to get the house back into reasonable shape.

Financial Help:
Just about everything we do in some way requires an outlay of money. And that's usually the last thing people want to part with. Michelle and I have Unfortunately, since everybody is going to get saved (so we believe) and God is sovereign, FAR too many people in this message just sit back and wait for God to move. Folks, He MOVES THROUGH US!! Our lives, which includes our wallets, are supposed to be His. But when it comes down to it, do we really act like it? Or have we too become those who only honor Him with out lips but not our hearts? Personally, I believe too many of us in the Universal Salvation message have become luke-warm. That's my opinion based upon my experience in this movement for 12 years. How people give financially often tells more than one's words. P.S. I realize I've made mention that there are finances that are needed to bring these projects to fruition. I've been criticized by some for doing so. Some folks think God should supply all our needs by catching fish with coins in them. In the last 10 years, Michelle and I have kept Tentmaker Ministries afloat and stayed alive on about $7,300 per year for the last 10 years. We're done a lot with the little we get. We've had a lot of help from volunteers like Karen Rowland, the webmanager who have volunteered hundreds of hours of time and money to keep this site going. That's not bragging, that's a fact. I think I've earned the right to talk about the subject of giving a little bit.
The third world needs the message which we who visit Tentmaker embrace. Most of them don't have computers like us to get this message from sites like Tentmaker. We have to use other means to get this Glorious Gospel to them. Some of those means are VERY expensive. Most packages we send to third world countries cost us a minimum of about $15 and that's just for the postage. If I have to beg American unies to let go of some of their finances to reach the world, I'll do so. The funds to reach them has got to come from the Western world, particularly the United States. Like I keep saying, if not you, then who? Aren't we His body?
Some Scriptures on giving:
Freely you have received, freely give. Matt. 10:8
We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his {6 Or in agreement with the} faith. If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully. (Romans 12:6-8)
So I thought it necessary to urge the brothers to visit you in advance and finish the arrangements for the generous gift you had promised. Then it will be ready as a generous gift, not as one grudgingly given. Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. As it is written: "He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor; his righteousness endures forever." {9 Psalm 112:9} Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, men will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else. And in their prayers for you their hearts will go out to you, because of the surpassing grace God has given you. Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift! (2 Cor. 9:6-15)
Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward. (1 Tim. 5:17, 18)
For Macedonia and Achaia were pleased to make a contribution for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem. They were pleased to do it, and indeed they owe it to them. For if the Gentiles have shared in the Jews' spiritual blessings, they owe it to the Jews to share with them their material blessings. So after I have completed this task and have made sure that they have received this fruit, I will go to Spain and visit you on the way. (Rom. 15:26-28, NIV)
