I would just like to thank everyone on this site for what they have done to help many people. Before I first happened to get a search for a page on Tentmaker, I had been doing thinking and I was drifting closer to UR; I think that the first real contact that I happened to have with this site was with the "100 scriptural proofs" page at
www.tentmaker.org/books/ScripturalProofs.html near the start of this year, which just about convinced me straight off!
I have an interest in Christian apologetics and (rather over-ambitiously) have been trying to write a booklet outlining evidence for Christianity, and defence from atheist attacks on it, as well as a small blog site (which I can give the address of it you're interested). Universal reconciliation is an excellent approach that solves the "What about those who've never heard?" problem and any "Problem of Hell" that there may be, and allows accusations of violence and fear easily addressed by appealing to God's love. It also makes the "Problem of Evil" much easier to solve convincingly!
Personally, I have had some rather distressing experiences of doubting God's love, and I am very glad that the idea of UR allows us to hold onto it as a steadfast anchor, and that I found it sooner rather than later! Thanks again to everyone! True praise be to God!
