* Posting "As I Understand, In My Opinion.."

Please remember to post "as I understand, in my opinion (IMO), as I see it, I believe, etc.".  When we make hard and fast statements of our interpretation, we may find that what we feel so strongly about now, God will in fact show us a different view of it later.  And in the meantime, we may have participated in stirring up strife, wounding with our words, and/or generally being a stumbling block to someone.

I'm not suggesting we shouldn't have any firm beliefs.  At the same time though, there's still often no harm in stating things as "I believe, and here's why".  Then we can actually discuss, rather than locking into power struggles of "I'm right/you're wrong";  which really, nobody wins, while others are put off.

TM Discussion Forum is just that - a DISCUSSION forum - moderated according to the following definition of discussion;

dis•cus•sion
an act or instance of discussing; consideration or examination by argument, comment, etc., esp. to explore solutions; informal debate.


Please keep this in mind.
