Hi Whitewings,

Everyone would agree the Apocrypha is not accepted as the inspired word of God. However, the Apocrypha does give you the mind set of the people of that period. It exposes the interpretations of the scriptures at that time in history. It's like an eye glass to that time period and what they believed. The problem lies in who are you looking at?

One book in particular for me is the book of Wisdom.  It is a very interesting Book Indeed!  Definitely, one worth looking at!
