Conference In Leslie, Arkansas

Anyone planning to go to the conference next weekend in Leslie? Stephen Jones. Dick King, Willie Kripps, Rick Spencer, and Len Yule will be speaking.

I seriously thought about it, but seems to be just too much happening here to leave for a week right now. I need to go to East Texas soon and thought about combining that trip with one to Leslie, but it would take me away from home and work too long. I guess I am going to pass, again. I sure pray something could happen closer. What is it about that Bible Belt anyway?

Well heck, John!  There was a meeting in Washington not too long ago with John Gavazzoni and Harold Lovelace.... There'll be more. It's nice to get together with the folks we have met on the puter and at other meetings.

I have committed to make a trip to Marshall so will be about 5 hours north of you if I remember right. My mother-in-law was lving there and her husband is passing and she is moving in with us for a while. All her stuff is in storage there and I told her I would fly down and load and drive a U-haul up here sometime soon. I want to make the trip before the snow flys in the passes between here and there, but have to fit it around work. Not sure when, but I was trying to fit it in with a trip to Leslie next week. Just could not make it work now. Too many irons in the fire at work now.

Looks like Stephen Jones is providing all he can of the conference online. He says the conference can be viewed shortly after the recordings and folks can participate by email.
