I liked the story.
But it is easy to sleep when everything is battoned down like in the story. But could the man sleep if things were out of his control?
For instance, the other day I could hear water running. I went outside at night and water was running into my crawl space under my home. I shut the water main off.
I hopped in bed and said: God I don't understand why these things happen but please help me. I can't live without you. I need you.
I fell asleep.
The next morning I searched for the cause. My hot water tank was leaking. So I replaced it. It was very difficult as the old fittings would not work with the new heater. I had to lift the old tank by myself (after draining it of course) up over the water connections coming up out of the floow. I had to bear hug the new huge tank and pick it up and lift it over the same connections into its new hom. God helped. It is all good now.
Can you sleep when all is out of your control?
