Mystery of Crow and Mockingbird
The mockingbird chased the crow through the sky
"I will pluck all your feathers and peck out your eyes"
"This is such a high price for your eggs", Crow replied,
To which Mockingbird answered, "This is why you must die."
Crow laughed and said, "No, This is why I must Fly Fly Fly."
The poor man stole bread, to feed his starving child
So they cut off his hand
As the sheiks and the mullahs, stole the oil from the land
Their gold in the desert beguiled
To the poor man this is a bitter pill
His child is hungry still
And Allah scratched his head and said
Does not anyone one down there kno my will?
To which Jesus answered, "they will bury me today"
Beneath their religion
And all I can say is,"I was sick and you visited me
I was hungry and you fed me, I was naked and you clothed me"
Enter into my joy- but they wanted their toys
So they turned a blind eye
Passed my little ones by
With nary a sigh.
The hawk stood proudly on the ledge
Looking for prey.
The crow and the mockingbird and a some other birds flew around him
Shouting, "Go Away".
The hawk barely noticed their cries
And he had nothing to say-
They being food in his eyes
