Just curious as to why I do not have the reply button in some of the rooms, for example: I do not have the reply button in the lounge

it's probably because you had to re-join, and some boards are based on a minimum of 50 posts.

I'll up your post count, which should open everything up to you.

Just another issue from the boards having crashed.

I've been wondering about this very thing, and I have found that I can not post on threads I had formerly posted on.

When I get a message notice the message isn't here on tentmaker.  Those happen quickly enough to be used as private discussions while dealing with matters on a thread.  I have to wait quite awhile 'til the notice that I've got a PM gets through my server to my email inbox.  Then, the notice carries the PM in the email.

Shortie, I don't knownwhy that would be :(     Sometimes one can't post in a thread because they don't have a high enough post count, but when you could and now can't... ??

Would you give me a specific example of such a thread and I'll look at it more closely?

reF, my PMs are no longer on the message "page number" where it seems it should be.  I have to go back a couple of pages, i.e., let's say I have 26 pages of messages.  I get a new message, go to my PMs, click on 26, and nothing's there.  I have to go back to 25 or 24 to find the message.  It's something that happened when the boards crashed, and I have no idea how to fix it.  Could it be the same, or is it something different for you?

I've tried going back to sneak up on it, clicking on the last thread from a previous one.  I didn't check it out as you suggest though.  Let me see . . .

Well, well, well.  When I go a couple numbers lower, it seems they are there, while the two most recent threads don't open.  It soundl like we're going through the same thing.  (The color may be different.  I'm not sure how you'd find out.  How much do you see into the infrared?)

How is your message box sorted?
Date, subject or from?
Try resorting on date. Just click on "Date"

Thanks, but yeah, it's by date, and it's just that the last 2 pages are "dead", just nothing there.  So if I hadn't just decided to fiddle around with it and go back a few pages awhile back to find my messages were showing up there (3 pages back) it would just appear I had no messages.  It's like 2 useless page numbers are added on at the end.  Not a big deal now that I know they're "back there", but it's weird.

Try what ww suggested.  When you open messages, click on 'date' so that the arrow is pointing down.  Then your most recent messages should be on page 1.

Or, you might lose them forever.
